"strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Midway through our stay, we were told to pack up and move to another location due to overbooking—instead of accommodating new arrivals, they disrupted us. They prohibited outside food, yet when we went to the restaurant, we weren’t allowed to order; they simply brought us food without choice. The overall treatment felt rude and dismissive. I did not feel respected as a guest, and it seemed clear they wanted us out. This is unacceptable customer service, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I have been accomodated in this hotel for two nights only, attending a meeting in its facilities. The park is vaste, the hotel itself is old, with large and high rooms, difficult to heat, and requesting a lot of improvements. The breakfast is minimalist, italian style - a lot of sweets and pastries. The rooftop terrace could be nice during good weather. Be aware, the property is far from the city, aprox 4 km walking, and there is nothing to do in the area. In lack a rental car you are literally stucked there. So. choose wisely when book!"

"Wow! Special stay: personally unforgettable and special experience. The stay in the bath was perfect, very gentle personal and very clean baths. To improve: minimum water loss near the water of the boot, inside the sauna handle, maybe I would add something more to the spa service, add netflix or other on TV in the boots, sofoon macked but above all romantic decoration that certainly doesn't worth the money required!!!! (peccato was anniversary) Pro: excellent breakfast and with a wide choice but above all excellent tour guided the cantine the stick with a fantastic guide and tasting wines and salses and cheese vs excellent production. Thank you for your excellent experience 🍷❤️"
