"strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Midway through our stay, we were told to pack up and move to another location due to overbooking—instead of accommodating new arrivals, they disrupted us. They prohibited outside food, yet when we went to the restaurant, we weren’t allowed to order; they simply brought us food without choice. The overall treatment felt rude and dismissive. I did not feel respected as a guest, and it seemed clear they wanted us out. This is unacceptable customer service, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"To start, this hotel has an amazing location. It is not located right in the center of Rieti but easily accessible. The hotel was originally a patrician palace and as such it still retains the splendor of its glorious past, with frescoes on the ceilings and wood inlays on the walls, chimneys and furniture. The palace is surrounded by greenery, and the swimming pool is also nestled in a beautiful natural setting. This hotel is very reasonably priced for being in a very enchanting and unique spot and located just a few minutes away from the center of the city. The hotel also offers free parking and wifi and has a beautiful garden courtyard for their guests to relax. They also offer complimentary breakfast which is so much better than the standard breafast they have at your local American chain hotel. We liked it a lot but in our opinion a few tweaks should be made here and there to make it more current and comfortable. Recommended."
