Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. Rose Garden Palace Roma by Omnia Hotels

Via Veneto Rome|1.82km from Tabularium
We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

Colosseo Rome|0.33km from Tabularium
After making our reservation many weeks in advance, this hotel canceled our reservation only days ahead of arrival and while already traveling in Italy, leaving us stranded with no place to stay in Rome over a holiday weekend. They use the excuse that you have provided an invalid credit card (a credit card which we had used both before and after the date they canceled our reservation while already in Italy - and used to make a reservation/pay for a new hotel). Given the speed with which our room was rebooked, it appears highly likely they realized they could rebook our room at a much higher rate over the holiday. Unfortunately, after our experience, we have realized this is a common scam and you will find many other reviews of travelers sharing similar stories in Rome. In case the hotel chooses to refute this review and question our recount, I’m happy to share screen shots from our WhatsApp communication directly with this hotel, our chats with booking.com via private message, or even our credit card activity showing the card’s continued use throughout Italy without issue. Do not book here! I can’t overstate how ridiculously stressful this experience has been after hours of planning what was supposed to be an incredible holiday. It’s not worth the risk. This experience has cost us many hours during our holiday, significant stress and anxiety, and now two thousand extra euros that we did not budget to book a hotel so that we have a place to sleep 4 days ahead of our arrival in Rome. This is the first time I have ever posted such a negative review but I’m hoping it can spare someone else’s family the distress it has caused ours.

Let me talk about the advantages first: The hotel location is very good, in the city center, it is quiet. It is next to the Trajan Market site, next to the road is the ruins of the ancient Roman city and the Piazza Venezia, and the Colosseum is within 500 meters. These attractions are tired, you can go back to the hotel to rest and recharge some energy before going out. Breakfast is on the top floor. The hotel is not on the side of the road. The front desk is always on duty. The personnel entering and leaving are clear at a glance. There is a sense of security. The room was soundproofed and seemed quiet, with no noise at night. The front desk and restaurant service staff were welcoming and friendly, and the check-in and check-out were very fast. They called for a taxi when we left. The breakfast type is slightly monotonous, almost the same, but the quality is very good, except for vegetables, there is everything, coffee can be à la carte, delicious, and worthy of praise. Few Chinese people live in this hotel, almost all Western tourists. The hotel is old and the rooms are a bit dated but clean. The lobby is luxuriously decorated, simple and elegant, warm and pleasant. Worse: because it is an old hotel, the elevator is very small and can only accommodate 2, 3 people. The flush switch in the bathroom of the room where we lived was a wrench type, and it was inconvenient to pull it back after flushing. Heating and air conditioning are not powerful, and the noise is high. The TV won't turn on, and nothing happens when I press the remote control. I asked the waiter to open it once, and didn't come out the next day. I simply didn't watch TV again. Overall good, recommended.

My family had the privilege of staying at the Hosianum Palace in Rome from June 29-July7, 2023 to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We had two rooms - one for my young adult kids and one for my husband and I. The central location was safe and very convenient for a first trip to Rome with family, allowing us to walk to almost every site we wanted to see. It was also an easy walk to delicious dinners. The hotel was quiet at night. It was very clean and comfortable. The best part of the hotel was the wonderful team. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful (thank you Alessandro for everything!). The breakfast was well stocked with a good variety and a welcoming, professional team (thank you Leonardo for taking such good care of us). The housekeeping team took excellent care of us as well, with prompt and attentive service. If we have the opportunity to come back to Rome, we hope to stay at Hosianum Palace again!

We had a ground floor room, with doors out onto hotel garden - a lovely tranquil space, and it's easy to forget that the location is in the heart of bustling old Rome. Rome itself was very small, but had everything needed. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Probably only criticism would be that the hotel appears well-worn, and in need of a renovation, and would be more comparable to a 3 star hotel in UK, rather than 4 star. Fridge in our room didn't work, and the bathroom, though it had everything was very cramped, with a very small shower cubicle (no bath). That said, it is very clean, and appears to be well run. But I would definitely, and happily go back.

The hotel experience is first-class, the hotel also sent a restaurant recommendation list very intimately, I have tried several restaurants recommended by the hotel, very good. The front desk lady Charlotte was very warm and friendly, took the initiative to help book the restaurant, book a taxi, hope the hotel can see her excellent.
