"Wonderful renovated hotel right on the strand in Warnemünde, but close walking distances to the river, station, shops. Incredible rooms, well designed with amazing bathrooms and TVs built into a ceiling panel giving a theatre experience from the comfort of bed. Staff spoke little English but were incredibly helpful and pleasant at all times and we easily communicate using a language translation app. Parking down the road and beach bar, deck chairs etc., directly over the road."

"The hotel is beautifully situated if you're looking for peace and quiet. A bus stop is right outside, and the journey to the main train station takes 15 minutes. I was absolutely impressed with the cuisine. I ate in the restaurant every evening and was delighted each time. For spa enthusiasts, there's direct access to the Aqua spa with saunas and swimming pools. Also excellent. However, the two steam rooms could use a bit more cleaning, as there's some mold in places. My room was a good size, nicely decorated, and had a very comfortable bed. However, I missed having a refrigerator/minibar, coffee/pods/kettle, an amenity kit, and air conditioning. Overall, though, it's a great hotel with a good spa and excellent cuisine."

"The rooms are dark and poorly lit. The worst is the restaurant. Last night I had a decent duck dish but there were more bones in it than a prehistoric archaeological dig. Tonight I ordered the duck burger. It arrived pasted in grease. I had two bites and sent it back. The female manager confronted me and said it was perfect. She did not even consider my views. How are you supposed to eat a burger when the bun is greasy? She was right and I was wrong, in her view. Another great example of a family run hotel who will not learn from their customers. She did not even offer an alternative. No customer service at all. I don’t like to give bad reviews but this place needs to be avoided. You only have yourselves to blame and you just do not see it."

The rooms were in 3 and 4th. Stock, with side-sided sea view from the balcony. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, I couldn't order fresh orange juice extra. It's sure to come back."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We paid around €1,000 for a two-night stay, which was extremely overpriced considering the overall experience we had. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and came across as unwilling to assist guests. The breakfast was poor, with a very limited selection. Once items ran out, they were not replenished, leaving many guests with very little to choose from. Another unpleasant surprise was being charged a €20 fee after losing the room key. This fee was never explained or disclosed to us during check-in, which I found unfair and lacking in transparency. For the price we paid, I expected excellent service and hospitality. Instead, we left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others."

"My husband and me stayed here with our dog, and it was pretty good! The location is great, next to the water, and very easy to reach with the S-Bahn or tram from Rostock Hbf. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and we had a very quiet air conditioner (which you can control). They have snacks/coffee machine next to the reception, just in case, but the hotel is next to a couple of supermarkets and a Rossmann. The only thing we missed was a fridge, and also tried to borrow an iron but they don't offer that service either. Nothing special, but it covers the basics for a short trip!"
