"After 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town. And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits. Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Amber, Rudrapur, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite having a confirmed late-night check-in, the first two rooms offered were in unacceptable conditions—one with mold on the walls and even wild black mushrooms growing under the AC vent, and the second severely damp. The staff eventually provided a third room, which was more acceptable, but after a long delay and considering the bad weather, we had little choice but to take it. The overall experience was disappointing, and the room conditions did not meet basic standards of hygiene. I would recommend the hotel management to address these maintenance issues to ensure better comfort for future guests."

"The stay here was excellent! The rooms were clean and hygienic. The service was also satisfactory! The garden view was amazing. Digvijay was polite and helped us with a smooth check in. Uzma was friendly and helped us with the breakfast. Mr. Tyagi from housekeeping provided us with a room with a better ambience and aura! Would surely visit again!"

"They don’t provide gst bill to customer. So please don’t go"

"Room was amazing quite cosy great place for destination and very nice of room cleanliness. Staff was very polite specially thanks to housekeeping manager Mr. Lalit mohan Pathak. Food was yummy and service were quick. Great experience at this property."

"I stayed here for a night but stay was okay. Check in and check out was smooth. Rooms are average but it was spacious. My room was on double occupancy but they provided only half litre water bottle in the room. I had to request a lot to get another water bottle. Breakfast was so simple. But staff was good and food was also delicious."
