"Dear Shamakhi Palace team and management, we were your guests this week, the children were very happy, your entertainment was very memorable for children and adults, our family is very grateful to the management of the Entertainment Team, Mr. Röyal, and Ms. Sabriya, who made us and the children happy with pleasant and smiling face, with enjoying games . We would like to inform that it is because of these entertainments children and adults want to come again to this Hotel. As you know Entertainment and entertainment programs, even in the hotel system around the world, is always one of the priorities in hotel system. Thank you, see you soon."

"Amazing place, great stuff managers, which are supportive in any case, especially Elmi♥️ he created all entertainment and comfort for us! Allowed with small dogs and created all comfort for them and us🙏🏻great tasty restaurants, terrace, clean and comfortable rooms🙏🏻"

"While the hotel boasts a range of facilities and enjoys a favourable location, there are areas that require attention. The cleanliness standards are average, and some of the bathroom fittings are damaged, contributing to a water drainage issue. Notably, water tends to flow onto the bathroom floor when flushing the bathtub. And we had to wait almost 2 hrs to get the cleaning services to arrive."

"Check in with Kamran was quick and efficient Room temperature was good and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious. Especially the varieties was really good."

"Excellent, with great activities. The hotel is fantastic, I highly recommend it. The staff are very welcoming and helpful."

"The hotel's classic style complements the rural atmosphere."

"The hotel is located in a very picturesque, mountainous area and is indeed a beautiful palace. The check in process is smooth with the exception of any guidance or assistance with luggage. The hotel manageress, Samira is exceptionally professional and goes to great lengths to make hotel guests feel welcome and valued. The service at the mountain restaurant The Challete Steakhouse is top notch, with delicious food and friendly and courteous staff. The great 5* star service unfortunately does not filter through to all amenities and due to my very poor experience, I would not recommend the SPA at this hotel. The staff here are very immature and require additional etiquette and basic training in how to deal professionally with guests. In particular, Husein is very argumentative and disrespectful and makes no apology for his poor behaviour and even encouraged me to report him to the hotel manageress. This incident left a very tarnished image not on the hotel itself but such things have a way of causing unnecessary stress and unhappiness during what is supposed to be a pleasant vacation."

"Very good everything i obesrved"
