Sami Beach Hotel

"Sami Beach Hotel is a wonderful family run hotel. Spyros, his lovely wife and everyone involved at the hotel give an incredibly warm welcome. They kindly spoilt our daughter on her birthday and saved the day when we had to return after flight problems. Nothing is too much trouble.and you are greeted with a smile by everyone working there. The pool is great, no sunbed hogging, the food at the pool bar excellent and the cocktails amazing (especially the mojitos!) We used the kayak and paddle-boards too which were fun. It is a great location for the tavernas in the village and Sami itself as well as visiting the beautiful Ithaca. The hotel’s airport service is also definitely recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Very good hotel we stayed in a superior room with pool and sea view which was ok but the bathroom needs updating. Plus points however are it was kept spotlessly clean by the maid Adriana who seemed to be always cleanjng. The breakfast room was very inviting with plenty of choices and the two ladies there were very pleasant and helpful. The pool didn't really have a shallow end so not suitable for non -swimmers as was stated by several people because difficult to access. Lovely setting with small private beach. Two tavernas close by but no local supermarket. There was however a bakery. Easy stroll into Sami about 20 minutes where there are many excellent restaurants. Please note that the sister hotel Athina has use of the pool. The Athina bar however at night is lovely with reasonable prices. Bar at the Emerald lacks atmosphere and is usually empty."

"Lovely clean accommodation with super friendly staff. Quiet pool with everything you need. Short drive to sami assos, myrtos and antisamos. Easy drive to fiskardo and argostoli. Had a great stay and highly recommend. Also best pizza I've ever had in the traditional wood fired pizza oven!!"

"This is my third visit to Kefalonia and it won’t be my last. I am relatively well travelled and have holidayed in Greece a number of times. Much of the reason I enjoy visiting the country is down to the climate, the food, the cultural atmosphere, the energy and above all the generosity of the Greek people and its community. This was my first visit to the Meilti Suites. I have stayed in many 5* star/first class accommodation over the years, and this was above all one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had whilst staying in Greece. For the most part, the staff in particular could not do enough to help - Stakis, the Operations Manager and Vasia, Property Co-ordinator went above and beyond on every occasion and offered the best customer service during my stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble and at every given opportunity they would go out of their way to offer their support. My advice to anyone looking to make a booking, is to get in quick, because before you know it, the place will be gone, gone, gone! It really is that good!"

"Lovely clean spacious accommodation,really couldn’t ask for more,Despina and Manilos where perfect hosts ,there when u need them and always happy to help and will do anything they can for you,lovely view of the sea from the bar area and very peaceful but close to everything,10 min walk into Sami ,perfect location to explore the island,will be back .
