"We really enjoyed our stay at The Myst Sapa, and what made it extra special was the wonderful hospitality from Henry and his team — Kate, Pink, Claudia and Kelvin. They were all so warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly felt looked after. The resort is only a few weeks new, so everything feels fresh, clean and neat. We loved how much greenery surrounds the property. We booked two rooms with mountain views on Level 3, and both rooms were spacious, very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The daily tea set and sunset drinks were such a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. The resort is located up on a slope, but there are two convenient shortcuts down to the main road. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Sun Plaza, where we could easily access the monorail and cable car to Fansipan. Many restaurants, and cafe within walking distance. Getting a Grab to anywhere was also very convenient. What really stood out to us, though, was how the staff went beyond what we expected. Henry helped us contact and arrange our limousine service from Sapa to Hanoi. When I needed emergency dental treatment, he personally assisted with contacting and liaising with the dental clinic. When I sprained my foot, Pink even helped contact a clinic and arrange an X-ray to make sure there was no fracture. These little acts of care meant a lot to us, especially when travelling. And not forgetting the restaurant team — especially Mr Dur, whose humour always brought a smile to our faces! 😄 The warm service from everyone made our meals even more enjoyable. We originally planned to stay for a shorter time, but we enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up extending our stay by one more night. That probably says it all! Thank you, Henry and the entire team at The Myst Sapa, for making our Sapa stay such a memorable and comfortable one. We will definitely remember the kindness and hospitality we received here. ❤️"

"We chose Quiet Sapa Hotel for the location as several tours started from the Stone Church (aka Notre Dame Church) which is a short walk away. We had a nice view of the nearby lake, only a block away from our room, most won’t have the view. The room was small but sufficient with refrigerator, hot pot, water, tea and coffee provided. Breakfast was extra, we always ate elsewhere. The restaurant down the road toward the lake was excellent. The staff was nice and helpful. The biggest complaint was hot water took forever with a tiny heater. If one party showered the next would need to wait at least 20 minutes to have hot water. Overall it was nice, good location to walk to shops, the lake, downtown and convenient for pickups by tour operators."

"The staff's service was excellent. Although I didn't request it, they allowed me to check in early when I arrived in the morning. They even upgraded my room. Since I had requested two single beds, it might have been an even better room otherwise. Depending on the room grade, I felt the room was more spacious than I expected. The view from the room was superb; I could see the rice terraces much better than from other high-end hotels supposedly known for their views. Breakfast was just okay. Perhaps because there weren't many guests, I was able to relax and take my time. The only downsides were the quality of the towels and the small size of the bathrobe. Although there's a steep hill, you can walk to the city center if you're up for it. The popular Moana Sapa is right next door, so you can check how busy it is before visiting."

"Both rooms in our party of 4 were infested with termites and ants, not just a few…hundred of bugs. We thought at first one of the cleaners may have inadvertently left a window open and the bugs came in attracted to the light, but once we checked that all the windows were closed, we noticed dead piles of bugs in all corners of the room…next to the bed, in the closet, all around the sink and bath. This is completely unacceptable cleanliness standards for a hotel of this cost. What made it worse was the time it took for the hotel staff to fix the situation, which happened at 1am. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had, can’t warn travelers enough about the Jade Hill Resort & Spa in Sapa."

"It's an old hotel so the facilities aren't good. But cleanliness is not bad It's close to Sapa Center, but the slope is too high and the distance is too far to walk. Therefore, costs rise as you have to use an electric car or taxi every time. There is no shuttle provided by the hotel. As for breakfast, well...nothing to eat. Also, during breakfast time, the staff didn't care about the guests and just chatted, laughed and talked to each other... It was too distracting. It's an okay hotel for the price and the cleanliness isn't bad either. The ambiguous distance from Sapa Center, The breakfast is embarrassing to say it is poor. Disadvantages include bad work attitude of employees If you ask me if I would visit again I will never revisit"

There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and shopping spots within walking distance, so everything you need is easily accessible. Right in front of the hotel, there are many massage shops and shopping stores offering reasonable and affordable prices. A little bargaining is recommended, and you can get some really good deals! 😊 Overall, a very convenient location and a great choice for staying in Sapa. Highly recommended! 👍🇻🇳"
