Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. I hope you will write an easy-to-understand note in the bathroom. I will use it when I go to Sapporo again. Thank you very much.

Spent 2 nights at the Livemax Hotel in one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever rented. At probably a little over 100 sqft, it was about $1.50/sqft per night. Service was limited. On check-in, you receive a complementary bottle of water. When I went to ask for another bottle on the second day, using Google Translate, “oh, you mean a plastic bottle of water”, the desk informed me there was a vending machine on the 2nd floor. I even offered to pay her for the bottle she had in her hand. No luck. I was surprised at the TripAdvisor ratings on this hotel (4). I gave it a 2 only because it was fairly new (taxi drivers don’t know the location) and in pretty good condition. With the impending 2020 summer olympics, the hotel chain will need to up their game, particularly with English language skills for the tourists they’re expecting.

It was a little challenging for us to get to the hotel on our arrival day due to the Shinkansei Line construction around the JR station. Other than that, the location is almost perfect: close to the JR station and the Hokkaido University, with a few large department stores near by and a Family Mart close to the hotel. Breakfast was okay, nothing too special and was a little small in my opinion, however I love their cherry tomatoes and milk. Parking was 1300 yen per day.

The location is strategic at this season of time because it will be so harsh to brace through the cold snow dragging luggages to walk to any other hotels surrounding. So Nikko is the best choices. Amenities is fantastic and very fine too, they provide super handy pocket size sanitiser,skin care set meant for winter dry weather, bath salts and MIKIMOTO body lotion is so good for dry skin, absolutely loving it. View from 33th floor is just amazing, be it good or bad weather, overlooking the breathtaking snow mountains is just beyond satisfying. I tried to book local tour with the service desk, but they are not helpful. It will be perfect if the staff could be more professional with international tourists.

Just 3 mins walk from JR Station. It's really helpful because walking during snowing time 3 min vs 10mins makes a difference (although underground walk is available but we can't find the entrance.) So this is a good choice for us as we wil leaving to otaru from sapporo station the next day. Beside the hotel there is 711 where 7bank atm is available.
Room wise, for 20m2 twin bed we have the space to open 2 large luggage (28inch). Tis is important as a number of 3-4 stars hotel in sapporo has room size of 13 to 18m2 which I assume is difficult to open up 2 large luggage inside the room.
Bathroom n toilet are separated.
The biggest surprise is the breakfast, very complete with local hokkaido breakfast, dessert and western breakfast. Dairy products are superb. We are so satisfied with the breakfast.

Room is very new and spacious, they put into a 3 beds room though I only booked twin bed room, the space for luggage is limited. Bathroom is wonderful. Cleanliness is sparkling, the cleaning team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they serve high quality food with great variety. Restaurant staffs are very friendly as well. One thing I would just hope they have the new slippers by request, the Japanese slippers are not that stable and for hygiene purposes.

The breakfast was very delicious and rich in variety. I also work in food and drink, so I can understand the hardships very well. Of course, the commute time will be early, and the number of items is so large early in the morning. I think it's hard to get together. The polite customer service was very pleasant and I felt refreshed from the morning. Thank you early in the morning. The rooms are spacious 々 and clean and I've been staying for a long time. I want to be convenient in front of Shin-Sapporo Station. I would like to come again.

As other reviews have written - there are so many amenities and complimentary offerings here - afternoon tea including wine, after dinner drinks, well-stocked mini-bar all inclusive, and lovely breakfast and dinners. The rooms are very comfortable. For onsen, there is on- premise one outside onsen and we enjoyed two others at the close-by sister hotel, including the detached bathhouse throw-back to an all stone and wood onsen. Marvelous.

MMei Leng LimI recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable.
The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress.
One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience.
The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away.
Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Room was a lil tight for 3 pax, the extra bed was a foldable one, so take note that it should be the lightest of your group to sleep on it haha 👀
Got to try their breakfast this time round and I must say it’s 3.5/5 , just because it the price you paid for, nothing super delicious but it begins early enough to get your stomach warm to start the day for your adventure!
Highly recommend for travelers needing a place to stay and sleep without too much amenities/ space 👍🏻

Stayed with family for one night before heading home. Would stay again. Oh yes... No driveway which made the drop off during a snow shower quite challenging.

Booked a triple room & size is considered acceptable for Japan standard. Room is clean & well equipped wt TV, wifi, hair dryer, fridge etc. However, water bottle was only provided once on check in & thereafter no refill of water bottle. Vending machine & ice dispenser are available on my floor.

The hotel is short walk from nakajima koen station, we selected this hotel so we can still see cherry blossoms and it was worth it. The hotel itself is a bit old but still very clean and in good condition.
Breakfast includes different varieties of japanese and french pastries. Staffs are very accommodating and courteous.
If you have the budget must try 21club wagyu steak.

GGuest UserThe room is a bit old, and there is no fitness center or public bath in the hotel. However, the location is very convenient, offering an optimum room size. I can walk from Sapporo station in only 5-10 minutes (south -west). The breakfast is also good; I love the probiotics Hokkaido juice, complimentary sparkling wine, Nutto, a variety of healthy salad choices, and especially the salmon. Additionally, Mystays-bathroom amenities include a large bottle of DHC soap and shampoo with conditioner.

I am very satisfied with my stay with my friends this time. The service staff were very polite and patient in answering our questions. GGuest UserOf this 5-day trip, it was only 1 night and 2 days, but I was able to experience it with color 々. １． First of all, regarding the time of booking, this time, Haneda-New Chitose － Sapporo-Use public transportation. When I asked for a shuttle bus reservation from Sapporo by phone, I said that the reservation was confirmed first, so I made a hotel reservation by airmail (arrived around 14:00) on the web, and when I called (bus: 14:00, 15:00, It was recognized that it departed at 16:00), but now it is full only at 14:00. Therefore, I am tired of the bus stop near the New Chitose-Sapporo-Makomanai-Hotel ３. First of all, I wanted a guide of ”full seat” only at 2 o'clock. ２． Check-in was smooth (travel discounts were not used), but the shuttle bus to Sapporo tomorrow morning was ”full and I couldn't wait for cancellation.” ３． The room (T / W on the 10th floor) was wider than I imagined (reservation of an inexpensive main building) and was easy to use, but the equipment, closet, bath / toilet, etc. were ”quite old” for a few minutes. However, the view is good in the river side room, There was no difference in use. However, I felt that the safety box and costume tray in the closet were placed on the floor, and that they would be considered and equipped in the user's position by attaching shelf boards. ４． I used the bath on the 1st and 16th floors. It's a large hotel that is not ashamed of, and it can be used by a large number of people, but when using it, there were few users, so I was able to spend my time to my heart's content.
