"We had such a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hotel from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and looked after throughout our whole visit. A huge thank you to Ang, Sue, Josh and all of the service staff who were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, polite, attentive and genuinely delightful to be around. Their warm and professional service really made our stay extra special. The food was phenomenal, truly out of this world. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of flavour and easily some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. Compliments to the chefs and restaurant team for such an amazing dining experience. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly comfy which made for a perfect night’s sleep. It was clear that a lot of care and attention goes into making guests feel relaxed and at home. Thank you again to everyone at the Imperial Hotel for such a memorable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to return again soon. Highly recommended! x"

"Just returned home from night stay horrified room dirty no excuses whatever str rating business is Basic cleaning is a must!!! Owners response they only 2 of them!!! No excuse - room door only locked from inside with a chain - couldn’t sleep felt unsafe - basic standard room should do this surely - owner states never issue for any others ….. car park should be advertised car keys to be left in room or with owners to move car due to shortage of space - don’t think I liked this option and wish had option to park elsewhere due to having options or rules to park there known prior to booking - owner didn’t see what issue was !!! Breakfast served for 45 mins before 9 so found odd and stated that if no table to be patient - I couldn’t eat there felt u clean from room. Curtain so smelly couldn’t sleep in bed under it as smelt so damp and musty - owner said would have felt less bothered if sun was shining !!!!! Def not a place I personally go owner kept saying was cheapest in saundersfoot and be grateful basically I don’t think for 342 was asking for much based on my pics !!! Didn’t mention when we left as a personal family time - saw owner First words where’s the keys no mention how’s your stay !!!! I appreciate running business is hard but when I worked hard to pay for basic things it isn’t the best really to any Standards - I won’t return"
