"New Year's Eve stay. Family with two girls aged 4 and 8. We are staying in a building where all the other apartments are occupied by groups of young people who, although they were very polite, did what young people do on New Year's Eve and the day after: celebrated noisily. The managers did not even have the foresight to give advance notice. Another point: we had called to ask if they accepted a certain type of card, answer: Yes. When paying: No. About the apartment: improvable (dirty walls, dirty sofa, bathroom with tub and curtain, you can't see it on the photos on the website). In conclusion - and I say unfortunately - the usual Ligurian structure that, even if with good premises, disappoints you every time."

"Very good location, close to the beach and city center. Nice swimming pool for kids and adults. Apartments very good- some apartments have view on swimming pool and green area and some are located at the parking or street area. Apartments from parking area has large balconies. Very good bar with reasonable prices- excellent aperol spritz. Very helpful staff, nice and neat reception area with places for rest and relax. You need to remember that room service does not include garbage bags and toilet stuff. Free parking available but not guaranteed, paid parking available and not expensive - 10 EUR/day."

"I was with two of my friends and we did the short three-hour day spa. I'll start by saying that we had been there before COVID and in fact we found it a little different than before. The pools are beautiful, the new part with the two saunas, Turkish bath and emotional shower, hot tub but the changing rooms leave a little to be desired which compared to the past are a little restricted with small lockers, with only two showers and little privacy because if you have to change there is the entrance that leads to the outside separated only by a curtain. The price has increased but decreased by an hour and in the herbal tea corner they offered sweets which today we didn't find only herbal tea or fresh water with lemon. Despite this, it is always good and relaxing but with a few more precautions it would be even more pleasant, thanks for the welcome always shown and see you next time!"

"Room not worth the price. Shabby, poor equipment, shabby bathroom, bidet and toilet not fixed. Fortunately, the beach and restaurant were good, although the restaurant was expensive. Friendly and attentive staff."

"Hotel Savoia exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding. The facilities and location are excellent, rooms immaculate and breakfasts delicious. The staff including Sarah and Claudia could not have done more to make our wedding day more perfect. Everyone was so kind and they did every thing to make our day so special. Claudia organised everything even my bouquet! Nothing was too much trouble. La Prua Restaurant was literally superb, the food divine and service excellent. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Savoia for making our wedding dreams come true."

"La Meridiana is a gorgeous property in Italy! My husband and I would most certainly stay here again. As a matter of fact, we hated to leave! The service here is top notch. The people who work here are the kindest, most accommodating staff you would ever want to meet. The owner of the property becomes your friend, and even invited us to a cocktail reception in the lounge for another group, all the while making us feel right at home. Garglenda is a quiet respite with a lovely golf course. However, if you want more of an active stay, the staff has plenty of suggestions for nearby places to visit along the Italian Riviera. Relais and Chateaux should be very proud to have this property as one of their members. We have stayed at many, and this one is especially wonderful."

"I drove there by myself. I asked Ctrip to call me in advance to ask if I needed to make a reservation for a parking space. They said no. When I got there, they said there were no parking spaces without a reservation. I could only park in a public parking lot. The hotel sign was not obvious. I still had to look for it for a long time even though the navigation showed that I had arrived. The front desk was quite enthusiastic, but their English was not very good."

"Overpriced for poor service I stayed at this hotel recently and I have to say that the experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the price. I paid an extra 40 euros for a "sea view" that I couldn't even use because the shutters didn't work: they wouldn't open, making it impossible to enjoy the view I had paid for. Also, the bathroom extractor fan wasn't working, which made the room uncomfortable. Overall, the service was not up to expectations, and certainly doesn't justify the excessive cost of the stay. If you're looking for a hotel that offers good value for money, I recommend you look elsewhere."
