The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and include a tea table. Service: The owners are warm and friendly, providing attentive service. A welcome gift and a generous breakfast are also provided. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bathroom is odor-free, and the bedding is soft, comfortable, and hygienic."

"Even before I checked in, they proactively reached out to ask for my arrival details and provided clear directions to the property. Upon arrival, I was immediately presented with a thoughtful welcome gift bag. They provide a tea set and table for guests to brew tea, and there's a washing machine and dryer available on the second floor – super convenient for laundry, so no worries about getting clothes clean and dry! The location is excellent! It's situated right within the Sangu Resort Area, making it easy to head to Sangu Night Market in the evening for some food and shopping. Plus, it's very close to the main scenic spots, just a short taxi ride (under ten minutes) away! The environment is fantastic, and it's kept spotlessly clean. The entire place has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. The lovely ladies at the front desk were also incredibly friendly and provided excellent service! 🤩 (They even offer parcel storage, which is a huge bonus!!!) These are my actual photos! The moment I walked in, I was absolutely charmed by the cute rabbit! 🥰"

"Stayed at Wuyishan Guanlan Shuyuan Space for 2 nights over Christmas and the hospitality we received is top-notch. Every corner of the hotel is an art, especially the lobby area. Love that there is a walking path just behind the hotel and we had good morning walks there. The hotel pick up service from the train service was excellent, the food at hotel was amazing. We had a welcome tea and learnt alot about Chinese tea while waiting for our room to be ready. Several spaces to explore within this hotel, and lots to experience. We used their KTV, played a game of GO and had a tea ceremonial class. There’s free bikes for rental if you’d want to cycle at the park behind the hotel. Wanted to try their complimentary hanfu experience but didn’t have the time to do so. Only downside is that next to the hotel has some renovation ongoing but they aren’t a major blocker since the pros overweigh this con. Overall, it feels like an experience similar to a Japanese ryokan. Very holistic and cultural. Special shout out to 燕燕 and 舟舟 for their meticulous attention to our needs!"

"This is the place to stay if you want mountain view and easy access to night market (it’s just one street away)! I’ll recommend to add the hotel on WeChat prior to your checkin to get the location for transport to drop you off as the walking street is closed to traffic. Appreciate the hotel in helping to arrange for my private transport as I was unable to advance book one as I didn’t have a local mobile number. (I had to discount the cleanliness as there was a stain on one of the provided towels)"

"This was an exceptionally satisfying stay, a truly outstanding review from someone with over 20 years of travel experience, blending both practical and emotional appreciation. You genuinely can't find a single fault; it's all positives. First, let's talk about the service. It was full butler-style service throughout. Someone contacted me even before I arrived, helping me arrange transport, accommodation guidance, and more. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a spacious and bright family room on the first day. For the following two days, I was upgraded to a king room with a bathtub, floor-to-ceiling windows, and excellent views. Many of their facilities are smart-enabled. But the absolute best part is the six complimentary bottles of water provided daily, along with free amenities like quail eggs boiled in Dahongpao tea, temporary umbrellas, a nine-grid fruit platter, Dahongpao tea, and Osmanthus black tea (which I later bought 400 RMB worth of). The hotel's decor is clean and tidy, with a tea room, a mahjong/card room, and an excellent buffet breakfast. It's only two stops from the Wuyishan South Gate, even walkable, and the bus is free. I genuinely wish I could write a 1000-word review for this place. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to give it a try. I am extremely satisfied, and if I ever go back to Wuyishan, I will absolutely, without a doubt, stay here again."

"Wuyishan chose two hotels, one homestay, the other is the residence, overall, the hotel is more than expected, although not big. The service was very intimate and chose a room with a yard. In the evening, sitting in the yard in a daze to watch the sunset and get up early to read a book. It was a very relaxing time for workers. There are many hotel projects, mainly anti-oxygen, and it feels good to report Song Xuan. Although the location is not in the city center, it is not far away. It takes less than five minutes to take a taxi, but I personally feel that this hotel is suitable for quietly nesting in the room or feeling the hotel project to heal yourself. There are also shortcomings, it is recommended to improve 1. The turndown service staff is not enough. The pajamas I put on the bed after I go out will not fold it for you. I will leave after the turndown. 2. It is recommended that the front desk take the initiative to introduce the hotel's projects when checking in, so that guests can understand and experience more"

"The hotel room is exactly how it looks on photos. It feels extremely clean, not many hotels I’d walk barefoot in, but this hotel made me feel comfortable doing so. The service is gold star, from arranging the pickup before I arrive to the interactions I had during my stay, the staff I interacted with are all super friendly and helpful. This hotel is situated in a small secluded area and you only hear birds chirping, it’s not too far from the attractions either. The bathroom is very well thought out and a luxury to enjoy. I’d definitely stay here if I visit Wuyishan again."

"We arrived in Wuyi city in the morning after leaving Hangzhou, and the hotel staff kindly arranged an early check-in for us. They even provided teas and welcome fruits and kindly explain how to get the entrance of Wuyi mountain from XIAOWU, which was incredibly helpful. But above all, the hotel itself was the highlight. It was spotless and easily the most memorable place we stayed during our 10-day trip in China. The room was very clean and we were received with a great hospitality. The rooms are set up in a luxurious way like a classy hotel. Although it is not a state-of-the-art hotel like big cities, it provides optimized design and five-star hotel services for Mt. Wuyi travel. If I visit Wuyi mountain again with my parents in the future, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!"

"[Affordable price, recommended] I chose to stay at this hotel on the last night of my 4-day, 3-night trip in Wuyi Mountain. The overall experience was good. The location is excellent and it is convenient to visit the surrounding areas. There is an exclusive free parking lot. The hotel staff (Xiao Chen) is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is fast. The room type is upgraded for free and the check-in details are explained in detail. The room is arranged in Building 5, and the elevator can directly go to the gym, swimming pool, and hot spring area on the negative first floor. The room is large enough, the facilities are complete, and the bedding is comfortable. The dining environment for breakfast is good, the food variety is rich, and there is a freshly ground coffee machine. [Suggested improvements] 1. The mouthwash cup in the room is not suitable; 2. The toilet lid is a bit small; 3. The central air conditioner has noise."
