"When I stayed here, the room happened to have no water in the toilet so when I had to take a shower I had to use the room of my relative next door. The mattress had lots of stains so it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep in. If you bring small children, it’s quite okay because there’s a swimming pool, the size is just right for children, but for adults, it’s still okay for soaking. At night, some of the lights in the room were off so it was a bit dark. In front of the complex, there’s a slide for children. Yesterday, check-in was only allowed at 2 pm, so early check-in wasn’t possible. If you want to go to the beach, you can walk but you have to pay. The location is on the side of the road so it’s easy to find."

"Frontlines need to work more fast and efficient, we have to wait for 2 hours from your check-in time and nothing to be prepared for waiting guest. It was fully packed and the hotel should know and ready, it was school holiday seasons. Cramped room as we have an extra bed, no information about that. Although unpleasant process during check in and the hotels gave us free ice cream at the room (does it worth ?) The holiday was successful my family were happy."
