"We were completely satisfied, especially with the quality and variety of the food, as well as the attentiveness and warmth of the hotel staff. Our room (a panoramic room) was very spacious and furnished to a high standard. The parking spaces at the hotel and in the underground garage made arrival and departure much easier. The spa area is a nice and well-maintained extra, though rather small overall. We were particularly impressed by the small details (e.g., the afternoon (sweet) snacks, the lovingly crocheted coasters, and the communal board game cabinet), all of which contributed positively to the guest experience and which we especially appreciated! We will most likely return when we are again in South Tyrol."

"We spent a week at the Berghotel during a family reunion in the Dolomites. The set-up was wonderful for this type of trip - we each had our own rooms, but could get together in the common spaces. Meals were a particular highlight with a reserved table for breakfast and dinner. And while the kids are picky eaters, they could always find things to eat from the salad buffet or have a plain pasta, while the adults enjoyed a 3-course meal. It's also a good fit for older children who can enjoy the pool and playground, but don't require babysitting or a kids club. The views are gorgeous and it's great to be able to walk to nearby trails and huts, or take the bus (while the bus generally worked, there were a few times where it filled up and we had to walk to an earlier stop to get picked up)."

The hotel is well-kept and spotless, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the wellness area is beautifully arranged and always clean. The ski slope is right next to the hotel (ski-in/ski-out), which is very convenient since there’s no need to use a car. We kept our car in the garage for the entire stay. Highly recommended!""
