It's very convenient to be right next to the school. The bathroom is large, separated from dry and wet areas, and hot water is always available, which is quite good. However, the double bed room I booked is only 1.5 meters tall, which is still a little small, but it feels hygienic and the bed sheets and quilts are all new. And when you check in, the sister at the front desk will give you a disposable face towel, which is very considerate of the guests! It will be a little noisy at night, and there is a barbecue restaurant downstairs, so if you are concerned about it, think carefully. In fact, as long as the hygiene is passable, there will be no big problem.

Friends came to me to play, the location is very close to the school, the neighborhood is a residential area, not far from Wujiaochang, it is more convenient to go anywhere. It is a big bed room without windows, but Trip.com member rights have upgraded me to a big bed room with windows, which is particularly good! The room hygiene is acceptable, and the basic facilities are not old. I brought my own disposable sheets and quilts, so I can sleep more at ease. The sound insulation of the room is a bit lacking. In the morning, the shopping and trading body downstairs, the sound of walking outside the room can be heard, but overall it is good and acceptable, and there is a chance to choose to stay.

First impression: The room is quite clean. This is the smallest house among Mainland Chinese guests. It has no windows and is not well soundproofed (it is really not soundproofed. People can hear people walking outside in the corridor). It is probably worth the price in Shanghai. It is close to the subway. The station is very close. If there was nothing nearby, it would be difficult to find this hotel. The reviews of nearby hotels are not as good as here. The service is not bad. If you are not very demanding and have a small budget, you can choose this hotel. At least the hygiene is good. That makes sense.

The room was very satisfactory. Although there were few employees during the Spring Festival, the tall uncle in engineering uniform delivered the items in time when we needed them. There was a table for writing Spring Festival couplets downstairs, and the children were very happy to write! The ladies at the front desk were also very enthusiastic and helped the children make cup noodles! Every staff member was great! The hotel's location is also very convenient. After exiting Jiangwan Stadium, the children enjoyed wandering around Bailian City. The whole trip was smooth!

AASLSEnjoyed my stay here very much. The location is very nice and about 20 minutes walk from South Sha'anxi Road metro station. Very bustling area with lots of interesting shops and large malls nearby. Room was a bit small but had everything I needed and was clean with a comfortable shower and bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful, and could also speak some English. Overall enjoyed my stay and worth the price, and I'd stay here again next time! Thanks!!

Bulgari reflects it! First of all, in the first few days of our stay, Miss Vicky, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to contact us, added her contact information, and asked us about our check-in time, any needs, etc.! And upgraded our room type for free! The service is very considerate! After checking in on the day of check-in, he took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel and the room, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, tea and desserts for us! Welcome sign, and luggage tag with our own names... The room facilities are all very high-end! Very clean! The service is also very good! Good looking, warm and friendly, they made us feel like home! Breakfast can be delivered to our room, it is delicious and unique! The gym is very large, and there are dedicated staff to provide water, towels and cut fruits! In addition, the afternoon tea is delicious! The view from the top terrace is beautiful! Finally, considering our flight, they also provided us with a late check-out for free! They gave us valuable chocolates and candies before leaving! All in all, I am very satisfied with this experience. I will come to Shanghai again during the Qingming Festival and will continue to stay at Bulgari!

The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. HHEINZ888Arrived at the hotel at 00:35h using the 24h transit. Taxi driver didn't know how to drive to the hotel. Entered the hall and went to the (Concierge?)desk on the left. There was no one there... The hotel management should have put a noticeable sign with the text that the lobby/reception is located on the 3rd floor. I had to ask a guest where the lobby/receptiondesk was. The service at the receptiondesk was excellent. Also made a reservation for the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport T1 (08:30h), the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport was free of charge. The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Overall 4 stars out of 5, due to the lack of information about the lobby location.

HhannahbananahI love Yiqinyuan for the calm and peaceful forest, I walked by myself during the last day and if you do visit, try to do it without any gadget. Just bring your keycard. Walk through the tall trees, hear the birds, feel the sun and inhale fresh air. It is very sad that I have a non-refundable ticket that made me not enjoy the accomodation I booked. Since it was the coldest day of the year they decided to move all guests who stays in the container van rooms to their building rooms. To move In their main building I need to add more payment and we were relocated to building 5. It was also an advantage since the Foresta Cafe was there and the playroom (not so much in there but still worth the visit). However, the room we were in was so dusty, the aircon was blowing some dusty air and the carpet was so dirty. It ruined the whole trip and even of they were able to change the beddings and vacuum the carpet it was still tickling our noses. We were really looking forward to a nice Christmas trip but yeah. I booked 3 nights because we really love the place. 😭 The next day I asked again to be moved to a different room, they said they were fully booked but alas there was an available room next to us. The first room was so inconvenient because whenever we turn the lights off the WIFI also goes off. The fridge was not working well, the temperature outside was much better. The second room was better than the first room but the exhaust fan wasn't working. The breakfast was only located in the main restaurant which was 15 mins (waiting for the electric car) away from our building. It was a race to get to breakfast and the seating was not enough to be near the buffet. Time is running and you have Marathon between your table and the buffet table. Food was great though they alternate between the dates. Dinner was also good and had great service but not so much choice of small dished for a small family. Local food at it's best! La Foresta Cafe was interesting. They helped us keep our Christmas pies in their fridge. The only way to order was via the QR on the table but the catch was you have to pay right away for your order to go through which waa different from the main restaurant. So there we were waiting for our food but they didn't really get through and had to end up sitting and waiting for an hour. The next day it took 30 mins. for the food to come. The taste was good serving was big, can share. The electric cars were very prompt and the drivers were very kind and polite. The food again was really yummy! The staff were friendly too. You can buy swan/duck feed at 5rmb/2 packs at the coffee shop at the reception. They were giving away eyemask and heatpacks. The bottles water was also free. The snack at the room was cheaper than the vending machine. It is far from the town so make sure you have what you need before heading to the resort. They have hangers and iron in every room at building 5 where we stayed. Not a lot of English speaking staff so bring some Mandarin phrases or get ready with a translator APP. After a long mixed review I just wish that the resort informed us ahead that the accomodation will not be available and made an option for rebooking or ensure better accomodation it was really a hassle.

We could smell cigarette in the hallways on several occasions although it is supposed to be non smoking. No coffee in the room and a couple of teabags well hidden. Breakfast not included in the room but too expensive to get at the hotel. Nice view from the room and 2 minutes away from metro station and from pedestrian street

TTrippin’Great experience from check in to check out.. Breakfast buffet available. Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.

The only downside is that our room smelled a little bit like someone had smoked in it but it wasn’t a big deal. The location also isn’t super central, but we hadn’t explored the northern part of Shanghai before so it was cool to see. There is a really good noodle place like a 15 min walk from the hotel. There is also an underground market at one of the stations for line 10 close by. Underrated area in my opinion!
