"The building itself was old, but everything had been renovated and we had a comfortable stay. The hot spring had a slight sulfur smell, but it moisturized the skin and was very soothing. Although it was a breakfast-only plan, there was a microwave on each floor, so we brought our own bento lunch that we had bought at Niigata Station. The rooms were a bit flawed, but we were satisfied with being able to enjoy a hot spring hotel at a low price."

"The facilities in the main building of the hotel are very old, there are water stains on the wardrobe and carpet (see picture), it feels very unhygienic, and there is no alternation between male and female hot springs ♨️. There is only one indoor and outdoor bath for you to enjoy. The attitude of the front desk staff is average and their English communication skills are poor. The charge for one night and two meals is not reasonable, and it is not worth recommending overall."

"I stayed for consecutive nights and made it to Hanaho the night before. The room was better with the renewed room the previous night. It's old and disappointing. The food was delicious, probably because it was smaller than yesterday. There was a spider web on the ceiling of the room, and I was still lonely with disappointment.
