Poor location, arrogant staff, dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets, dirty towel , poor quality food. My worst experience in this hotel, we checked out in 12 hours. They even don't serve proper breakfast. Wash basin does not have hot water. It is worst than homestay. Pls be alert before you check in

Best in shillong. But the lady manager is very cunning. Never hire hotel cab from them. They will charge you double. Other than than everything is fine. Internet here is having an issue as it connects and again gets disconnected.
