Hotel Willow Banks Shimla ★★★★
"Our stay at Hotel Willow Banks was genuinely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better — right on the Mall — yet the hotel feels calm and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were kind and always ready to help, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to departure. It felt like a place that truly cares about its guests. We would happily stay here again."
Storii by ITC Hotels Narindera Orchards, Kufri ★★★★★
"A true 5 star experience. Having travelled adequately within the country as well as abroad and having stayed in numerous classy hotels/ resorts, this would probably be the top in my list. Wonderful stay, remote location for a real get away, rooms very lovely. Might seem slightly expensive initially, but once you experience it would all be worth it."
The Orchid Hotel Shimla ★★★
"Hotel offers elegant rooms with valley views, modern amenities & warm hospitality. Enjoy craft cocktails at Harrington Bar, rooftop views at The House of Glass or multi-cuisine dishes at Cafe Vindhyas. With warm hospitality, curated menus & cozy ambiance in-house dining offers memorable experiences. Ideal for family vacations, romantic getaways & celebrations. Enjoy premium dining, spa, event venues, free parking & EV charging."
Le Royale Hotel, Shimla ★★★★
"This was one of our favourite hotels on our Indian travels. A classic period property with lots of original features and a magnificent location overlooking the valleys. It's called Summit because it's up a hill. Rooms are clean and bright. Our had lovely wooden floors and fittings, a spacious marble bathroom, and was well appointed with tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge etc. Staff were very helpful. As a period property, it's single glazed so may get chilly in the snow, but there are extra heaters etc. Breakfast was good - Indian buffet, or eggs cooked to order with toast etc. The dinner buffet was excellent and good value at R600 per person. A hotel like this for under R2,800 is something of a bargain."
Marigold Sarovar Portico Shimla ★★★★
"Amazing stay.i will come again with my family Must recommend."
Radisson Hotel Kufri Shimla ★★★★★
"The stay was amazing - the rooms were well maintained and had an amazing view. Miss Anamika nade the check in and check out experience amazing and the stay comfortable. Mr. Aman and Lovepreet ji helped us with a delicious dinner and breakfast. Truly an unforgettable experience. The parking was ample too."
Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla ★★★★★
"I believe this was one of our best trips to mountains in Himachal. After a long drive from Gurgaon, the team at the hotel welcomed us with warmth & checkin was super smooth. Their in-house welcome cookies are to die for. Our hotel room offered amazing panoramic valley views with good sunset views in the evening. The kid’s zone kept our toddler engaged with all its activities. Mr Ankit Minocha was very kind and sweet to us. He answered all our queries very nicely and went an extra mile to make our trip memorbale and special. Overall a very cozy hotel with amazing views of the valley."

Club Mahindra Shimla
"“Myself visited Club Mahindra Mashobra with my family, and it was an amazing experience. This resort is a very beautiful heritage property located near Shimla, surrounded by peaceful mountains and greenery. The atmosphere of the resort is relaxing and perfect for a family vacation. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The mountain view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the morning and evening time. The overall ambience of the resort gives a premium and comfortable feeling. We also visited Kennedy House Restaurant and the Cosy Nook Bar, both of which were beautifully designed. We really enjoyed the bar experience, food, and hospitality. The food quality was excellent, delicious, and served fresh. The food and beverage service was very quick, professional, and well managed by the team. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Umesh and team members Manisha, Varun, and Anuradha for their outstanding hospitality and helpful nature. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help us with a smile. Their service made our stay more comfortable and memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Mashobra. I highly recommend this resort to anyone planning to visit Shimla with family or friends. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip special and memorable.”"

The Grand Welcome Hotel
"One of the best boutique hotel in shimla with mesmerizing valley view, delicious food, clean rooms , professional staff , special that to Mr. Nikhil Sharma (General Manager) who made our stay more memorable by arranging special decoration at last moment."
Hotel Combermere
"Hotel cumber-mere having its own lift to the mall road and some good food helps if you want to explore shimla’s mall road and ridge area. The staff is courteous and rooms are nice. It’s a bit of a maze to navigate inside the hotel but it’s not too much of a pain"
Koti Resort Shimla, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreats
"Very bad experience with the property as I faced certain issues which were not addressed properly and I went ahead with escalation to Radisson Central Reservations Team. The issues primarily revolved around wifi speed, delayed Housekeeping and non-operational swimming pool. Staff behavior does not seem to be appropriate as they really don't care even if you complain about it. Terrible experience altogether. Bonus - Before staying in this property I stayed in one of the sister properties in that region "Radisson Jass Shimla" - and my experience was very good. So Koti Resort management really need to learn lessons from their sister properties in the same region. You guys should consider a fair compensation for gaps which caused me inconvenience."
Snow Valley Resorts Shimla
"In Snow Valley Resort, Shimla multi-cuisine restaurant buffet is highly rated for its food variety and quality. Guests also love the added ambiance of live music during dinner service."
Hotel Silverine Shimla
"Varun, you are undoubtedly a very good businessman, but unfortunately, this experience has made me question the human side of you. I had booked the hotel for three days at the end of May, but due to personal commitments and unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to go ahead with the stay. I explained my situation to you honestly and shared the exact reason why I couldn’t come. I was hoping that, on humanitarian grounds, you would understand my situation and support me by considering a refund. You assured me that you would do something for me at least, and I genuinely believed that you would understand my circumstances. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Frankly, I tried to forget about the whole matter, but it still hurts to accept that, despite being honest and transparent about my situation, my genuine circumstances were not considered. Varun, I genuinely thought you were a good person who would understand and support someone in a difficult situation. Unfortunately, I feel I judged you wrong. Business is important, and making money is part of it, but I strongly believe that humanity and empathy should never be compromised. This is not how I believe one should succeed in business."
