"I had stay in this hotel with my wife. The hotel has great facilities, services,clean and comfortable room with best view of the Hawassa city and mountain. We had great experience in good location. All days our room was decored and full of fruit's. During our stay we invited to get steam, sauna and swimming pool services also it was great and nice, we never seen this kind of hospitality in Ethiopian before. We love the place and people. The review I was seen in trip advisor is relay didn't match the hotel standard."

The food was nice, with a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel is well-equipped with all the essential amenities, including a gym, spa, swimming pool, steam bath, massage services, and even a barbershop, making it easy to relax and unwind without needing to leave the premises. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and responsive to any requests. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or front desk support, we always felt well taken care of. The location is also excellent, offering convenient access to the lake and the rest of the city. "My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, ending October 30, 2024. In short, our expectations were dramatically exceeded. The service from the staff is beyond anything we have seen from any hotel in the world. Of particular note is Ujera and Girma of the food service management staff and Getu in the front lobby. They asked us for special requests and fulfilled them promptly. They wanted us to feel at home and did everything possible to make it feel that way. The food is good, everything worked (hot water, toilet, etc), which is rare in Ethiopia, and its quiet. We used their outdoor patio a lot and were promptly served a macciato every morning. The location is good, since its away from the busiest streets but still accessible to many locations in Hawassa. In short, our expectations were greatly exceeded. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Read less Tip: We stayed on the 3rd floor in a double bed suite. Written October 29, 2024"
