"Dissatisfied with this hotel. The staff is polite but not welcoming and seems indifferent to guests. Parking costs €15, which isn’t worth it, especially as it is outdoor, so cars get very cold. The rooms are cold (the heater does not help much) and the bathroom heater only works partially and needs maintenance. The facilities are lacking: rooms advertised with a kitchen come completely empty (no plates, no cutlery, nothing!), as if they’re afraid guests might take them, so you have to request everything at the lobby."
