"We found this hotel for the reason that we could break the trip to Gardaland and left our heart! The family that manages it is really special, great workers but always with smile and availability. We were impressed by the commitment and passion they put on us. The rooms and common rooms are always clean, comfortable beds and you can enjoy a quiet sleep. The relaxation is complete in the pool with the possibility of using the area on the lawn for games that are made available to customers. The beach ship is very comfortable, the sea wonderful. It also offers excellent breakfast and fish-based dinner. Two minutes from the historical center always lively and organized with evening events. Thank you for everything! Arrivederci ♥️"

"The Hotel Monteconero is a splendid property, situated in a wonderful location. It is impeccably clean, the rooms are meticulously maintained, and the atmosphere is truly pleasant. For these reasons, it undoubtedly deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by the behavior of one of the reception staff members. I had requested a sea-view table reservation for a special evening. Upon arrival, I discovered that the reservation had never been made. Consequently, it was impossible to find availability at other restaurants, and the evening was irreparably ruined. However, I would like to point out that the restaurant manager was helpful and tried to remedy the situation, offering me a table inside. I appreciated the effort, but it was clearly a fallback from my initial request, which had been specifically for a sea-view dinner on a special occasion, and so I chose not to make the decision. I would like to emphasize that this review is not intended to undermine the work of the entire staff, nor the quality of the property, which I consider excellent. However, a single incident handled carelessly can ruin a stay and leave a negative impression. I hope this feedback will be taken as a starting point for improvement, so that other guests don't have the same experience."
