"The Hotel Monteconero is a splendid property, situated in a wonderful location. It is impeccably clean, the rooms are meticulously maintained, and the atmosphere is truly pleasant. For these reasons, it undoubtedly deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by the behavior of one of the reception staff members. I had requested a sea-view table reservation for a special evening. Upon arrival, I discovered that the reservation had never been made. Consequently, it was impossible to find availability at other restaurants, and the evening was irreparably ruined. However, I would like to point out that the restaurant manager was helpful and tried to remedy the situation, offering me a table inside. I appreciated the effort, but it was clearly a fallback from my initial request, which had been specifically for a sea-view dinner on a special occasion, and so I chose not to make the decision. I would like to emphasize that this review is not intended to undermine the work of the entire staff, nor the quality of the property, which I consider excellent. However, a single incident handled carelessly can ruin a stay and leave a negative impression. I hope this feedback will be taken as a starting point for improvement, so that other guests don't have the same experience."

"Customer care, hospitality and kindness characterize Hotel Sirolo. Excellent and varied cuisine, difficult to find on other trips; this would already be a reason to return. All the staff from the assistant at the desk to the staff in the dining room and at breakfast are truly friendly and helpful. Very clean. Also excellent for motorcyclists like us, because it is close to the center of Sirolo and easy to walk to Numana. We highly recommend it and thank everyone for the very pleasant stay."
