"Upon check in I was advised That the lift wasent working and would be like that for months The downstairs customer toilet was out of order as well Upon getting in to the room the aircon was very noisy and couldn’t Use it over night due to noise Reception staff were very dismissal of the issue Stating they have all just been serviced Very dismissive uncaring staff And seem to have better things to be doing then talking to customers"

"The staff were great at check in and out. Very helpful and friendly. The room was huge, like an entire apartment. Very restful and relaxed, it was a shame to only stay one night."
