"The entire hotel team were first class. All very helpful and made us feel welcome. It feels like a family. Excellent pre arrival contact to ask if any requests, and the exact room number requested was provided. Fantastic breakfast, with friendly efficient service, great choice of food and complimentary Cava which is a nice touch. Good views. Hotel room excellent with large balcony. Hotel is very well designed with historical pictures on the walls. Great bar overlooking Palma in the distance with first class service. Golf is superb with free transportation and the improvements to Son Vida course have made it even better. Son Muntaner fairways looking tired but new buggies excellent. All golf caddy masters were brilliant. A five star hotel in a quiet area but accessible to Palma, just 15 minutes away, to visit traditional restaurants. Five star luxury with golf. Marvelous."

"The environment, rooms, and breakfast were all good. It's a 25-minute bus ride from Palma Old Town. The biggest problem was that they deliberately didn't clean my room. I left at 11 am with a green "rooms are clean" sign, but when I returned, it wasn't cleaned. I went to the front desk to ask why, and they showed me a red "Do Not Disturb" sign that housekeeping had photographed at 3 pm. However, when I returned at 10 pm that day, the "rooms are clean" sign was still green, and the room hadn't been cleaned. I strongly suspect they deliberately flipped it over, photographed it, and then changed it back. It's disgusting."

"Clean, calm and modern hotel conveniently located in a Spanish oriented location, with more locals than holiday makers. Good sized rooms with everything that you need. Availability to have a shower before leaving if you have a flight booked after check out time. 10 minutes from the airport but still has a tranquil atmosphere with little noise. Great spot, lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. This area is not aimed at hen/stag parties."

"Our stay at the Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa was simply fantastic! The hotel is brand new, modern, and very stylishly furnished. We were especially impressed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff—a big thank you to Mr. Pablo for the wonderful service! The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the rooms were simply beautiful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!"

The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are very delicious, and the surrounding environment is very good. Opening the balcony is the sea and it is very convenient to go to the nearby beach."

"Hotel Valldemossa is a 5-star hotel, but with at least a 6-star service (their attention to detail is second to none). Manager Selim was not only professional, but so friendly and personable. It took us well over an hour to check in to our room because we were having great conversations over the welcome cava and cold beer. This is not the place that makes you feel like an opportunity for business, the whole crew has the friendliest attitude and service. There’s no need for my comment on the hotel facility, quality of the breakfast and the amazing location and sceneries. If you happen to find yourself visiting Chopin’s home, this hotel will not disappoint. Thank you Selim for your wonderful hospitality, hope to visit again! Cheers!"
