"As someone who is claustrophobic I felt that the room was just too small and thus ventilation was also a problem. Due to lack of windows especially in the bathroom, the room felt stuffy. The staff was very unprofessional, everyone was constantly on their phone with the respect or consideration to the guests. For me the food was bland, everything was boiled."

"Stay was average but should be of a higher standard if one considers the rate. - key card didn’t function 3 out of 4 days, trip to reception each day. - no floor towel on 1st day and had to requested on 2nd day. - reported no plug and no water in basin 1st day, nothing done! - housekeeping only finishes with the rooms after 16h00 each day, unacceptable. - evening buffet over R200 but no decent cut of meat every evening, only strew riddled with bones and chicken pieces. - on checking out just handed invoice, no envelope or me signing a copy for the hotel. - corridors noisy in the evening."

And at the top of the panorama route if you want to see those great things"
