They got money from somewhere & built a hotel. But they don’t have the education to manage it. Even in a a suite room, they don’t supply hand towels in the wash room. They ask guest to use bath towels each time, to wipe hands. They have off-loaded the kitchen to 3rd party. As a result, you need to pay each time against each order. Even for a bottle of water. This is 1st time I came across such a pathetic system in the world, thru my travel career of 30+ years. On top of that, most of their staff don’t understand Hindi & English both. Rather, they expect guests to know all local languages, as their staff are a mix of Telugu/Tamil/Malayali/Kannada. Hats-off to them with a question, why they exist in India.
