We had a few upcoming bookings and initially confused our confirmation numbers, but he quickly and efficiently sorted it out with a friendly smile. This was during peak check-in time. There was no fuss or drama—just exceptional customer service. He resolved our issues and handled other customers seamlessly, ensuring no one felt frustrated or unattended."

"We stayed for two nights in two rooms as part of our trip to royal ascot. The apartments were spotless and ideally suited for ascot, Windsor and London. We walked to the train station which is about 15 minutes. The town is great with lots of places to eat and drink. There is a public car park directly over the road which is very cheap. The apartments will be our go to when we attend royal ascot"
