"Brand new hotel in London, Ontario. Great rooms, excellent staff. Hotel is attached to a warehouse mall with other stores, artwork, Starbucks, etc. My only issue during our stay is the hotel booked a special event in their dining room and we had to go out for dinner. We were also waitlisted in the Speakeasy but nobody followed up. We went down ourselves a bit later and were able to enter. Probably all birthing issues with a new hotel."

"Second time staying in this hotel. Amenities are good. Fan in bathroom needs a good cleaning.  Parking is out of the way. First year we were not charged for parking (2 vehicles). This year we were charged $26+ per vehicle. That was a real disappointment.  Great market across the street. "
