Room 1311 Deluxe King: My husband, our son, and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The property is exceptionally family-friendly, and the absolute highlight for my son was the free-entry waterpark! It was also incredibly convenient being located so close to the local attraction sites, making our family outings effortless. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a very good spread of choices to suit everyone. We were equally impressed with the room's upkeep. The cleanliness was excellent, and coming back to fresh daily towels and incredibly fluffy pillows made our rest exceptionally comfortable. Finally, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff at the reception area were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we always received a warm welcome from the friendly security guard. We highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a clean, fun, and comfortable getaway!"

"Hotel is new but if u r taking the family room or the rooms with the windows then u wont have a good night sleep. As the road side is damn noisy and the rempit bikes noise is so horrible. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Better to take rooms without windows."

"The accommodation conditions were not well managed, a lot of the wallpaper was torn off & the refrigerator was not working ( broken ) so i couldn't store food and drinks as expected. I have communicated with the Admin but there was no change of accommodation or replacement of the refrigerator. Very Unhelpful. Fell very disappointed."
