📍 Jl. Dr. Setiabudi No.269 275, Kota Bandung, Isola, Sukasari

"This hotel is well-maintained and clean. I've stayed here multiple times when visiting Bandung. The heated swimming pool is a great feature, allowing for swims even in the late afternoon. The service is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious."

"I used it on a solo trip. It's a room that matches the price. The size of the room was enough for one person, but it wasn't very beautiful. Also, I felt a little dangerous because there was a broken or broken facility in 々. I felt enough if it was just for sleeping."

"Arrived and given a room in a ba*****t, comfort is not good, the mattress is not like in the photo and the springs are rickety, the TV cannot be changed channels, the AC cannot be turned down and the remote is sticky with spilled coffee. Cleanliness is not good, there is no hot water, and the room is not like in the photo, like an 80 thousand rupiah hotel"

Grand Mercure Bandung Setiabudi ★★★★★
"I've stayed here before, but this time I had a rather unpleasant experience. My child, after taking a shower, wasn't wearing slippers and suddenly screamed that their foot hurt and was bleeding. It turned out there was a piece of broken glass in the room (near the carpet). Although it was small, it's still dangerous. Luckily, the glass didn't penetrate their skin. Perhaps a glass or bottle broke previously, and the cleaning wasn't thorough enough. I reported it to the receptionist, and all they said was sorry. Aside from that, there were no other issues; they also provided the complimentary anniversary amenities I requested."

"Parking is limited and the staff are very nimble, especially when there is a bukber event at the hotel. Hotel residents have to wait for the cars to come out first. My room had a leaking AC, moved to another room there was a small cockroach. What really disappointed me was that I took a room package with free breakfast, I just wanted to add black coffee and I was asked to add a price charge 😖, the buffet also had variations. If you are a married couple like me, the hotel room is still safe because it is quite small, but if you have children, I don't recommend it because it is smaller than usual hotels. The design is interesting because it is a container but the sound of vehicles can still be heard and can disturb your night's rest."

"recommended budget hotel in Bandung (from my own POV of course). In terms of price, of course you can't demand more or have to be according to your wishes which must be perfect, but the plus for me is, the room is quite spacious, a sofa is also provided in the room, there is a special room for those who like to smoke, there is also a kettle, you can refill water outside. bathroom? well maybe this is one that can be debated, but again for a budget hotel just to rest, this is okay. for parking maybe it's not big enough, but still enough. the crew is informative, helpful.. overall okay"
