Comfy bed, working appliances. The only issue was that the tap in the sink was leaking for our whole stay. We probably should have brought it up. The pool is nice, a 5th floor open deck area. Unfortunately, it is only open after 4:30pm. They have a pretty decent gym, as far as wanting to exercise while staying in a hotel goes anyway. Fair to say we would gladly stay again if we chose to go back to Suzhou.

To be aware that: - the area and road outside the hotel is under work, surely will look wonderful once completed. Overall: highly recommended for quality/price and convenience to visit Suzhou. We will definitely be back in the future!
