"Location was perfect. Right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Plenty of towels in the room and the room staff were courteous and asked if I needed any daily essentials. The view from the room window was looking right at the cruise ship terminal and I saw a 2 ships arrive in the two days I stayed. The only thing that I did not like was the parking fee which was charged per day for parking my car. This is an obvious cash grab."

"This was the most bizarre experience ever. The 'contactless check-in" text from the Proprietress was completely lacking any useful detail for checking into our accommodation. We arrived at the front door at 10 pm on a gorgeous summer evening and the door was locked, front step was dark -called the Proprietress - she was irritated and short with us - insisted on us being "Silent" - 'absolutey no making noise' were her word. She insisted we wear slippers and then after us unpacking and talking in our room - she came knocking at around 11:30 pm insisting "to speak with someone" - when we didn't respond SHE LET HERSELF INTO OUR ROOM. She was very agitated and I went to the bedroom door of our suite/room to confront her she told us "THIS WAS HER PROPERTY" and that she "NEEDED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE" - me standing in doorway was not enough for her so I closed the door and reminded her that "HER PROPERTY" was "A HOTEL". V V strange experience. My husband and I DO NOT recommend this property to anyone other than our medium to very worst enemies - lol."

"Don't book this hotel anymore. We arrived in the afternoon and there were no cars in the parking lot. No one was in the hotel. The windows were completely sealed. The room was right next to the road, very noisy, musty, and run-down. We didn't stay and the hotel refused to refund us. The front desk clerk (see pictures to see where she came from) was very arrogant. She sat down and spoke to us while we were standing. See pictures for details."
