The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the city attractions, and there are plenty of food and drink options conveniently located right downstairs, making city walks a breeze. The room hygiene was quite good. If you needed cleaning, you just hung the little sign. If you opted out of cleaning, you could get a 10 AUD voucher daily (though we didn't use it, so we didn't take it; you probably have to actively ask the front desk for it). The room facilities were standard, and hygiene was well-maintained, except for the slightly outdated bathroom facilities, where the shower head switch needed to be twisted. But overall, it was quite comfortable and perfectly fine for a tourist stay.

The accommodation is close to Thai Town and Chinatown, creating a lively atmosphere with many restaurants around the hotel that stay open late. It's also near Paddy's Market, so you can easily walk there, shop, and bring your purchases back to the hotel. It's conveniently located within walking distance to many main tourist attractions. Regarding the hotel room itself, the bed is very soft, and housekeeping truly cleans daily. However, I'm not sure if they vacuum the carpet as there was quite a bit of dust on it. There are three power outlets, each with an on/off switch. If you're using a travel adapter, it's best to use a compact one so it doesn't interfere with the switches when plugged in. Overall, I really like this hotel.

The room's color scheme is nice, but the lighting is a bit dim. There were also liquid stains on the desk and dirt on the sofa. The restaurant food was basic, and there was no freshly ground coffee. The condiments for the congee were a joke – only four small dishes, one of which was soy sauce, another was pickled ginger (usually served with sushi), and a third was Korean BBQ chili sauce, leaving only one dish of almond slices. The toast and strawberry jam were the most normal and tasty things available. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly.

The location of the accommodation and the 24-hour response were good, but the housekeeper did not clean it properly, and even though we asked for a body shower from a day ago until that morning, it was still not filled when we came in after going out.

The location is very convenient, and the view is excellent. Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The front desk service was enthusiastic and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick. The geographical location is superior, making travel convenient, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in. I would choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended! It was a very good stay. The rooms were quiet and clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. The facilities were comprehensive, and the value for money was great. Everything exceeded expectations, highly recommended.

I visited three cities during my trip to Australia: Melbourne, Gold Coast, and Sydney. For Melbourne and Gold Coast, I booked Airbnb accommodations, but for Sydney, I opted for a hotel. I initially expected the hotel room to be small, especially since it's in the city center. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was, with plenty of room for luggage. Cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was spotless. My only minor issue was with the room service; we waited an hour for our order to arrive, which was a bit slow and could be improved.

Excellent! Initially, I was a bit worried after reading reviews about it being unfriendly and noisy, but I found that wasn't the case. The hotel is cleaned daily and is very tidy. The room was spacious and had a balcony. It's true there's a bar downstairs, and if you leave the windows open at night, it can be a bit loud. However, the balcony has double-glazed windows, and once closed, it's quiet. One thing to note is that the hotel rooms with kitchens have an induction hob where the pot automatically heats up if it's not removed, and you can't just turn it off directly, which is different from what I'm used to. One day, the alarm went off because a neighbor burnt something, which gave us quite a fright. Thankfully, it was a false alarm. Overall, the room was large and comfortable, and it's very close to Darling Harbour, so you can enjoy the night view. The value for money is really high.

Was clean and nice, downstairs was very luxurious looking, and the staff were kind. The hotel is good for business stays but I wouldn’t say anything else. Tv was very outdated and could not watch anything on it, the “King” bed was 2 singles with 2 single bed sheets zipped together. Aside from that everything else was good. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again mainly because of the tv as I like to relax in the night time.

The hotel's location is quite good. It's about 200 meters from the North exit of M1 Victoria Cross, one metro stop to Sydney (Central), and only three metro stops to the city center. The surrounding area is also very quiet, and the hotel's facilities are still quite new, making for a comfortable stay. However, the daily housekeeping is rather basic. Considering Sydney's transportation costs, even for just a few stops, a trip for three people usually costs over ten dollars. This makes hotels within walking distance of the city center a considerable advantage. If I come to Sydney again, I might choose a hotel in the city center for greater convenience when sightseeing.
