"The room is very good! The house I chose by the street was reserved for me in advance by this hotel, and I kept emailing them a week before I checked in. The hotel has been patient in replying to me, which makes me feel that the service attitude is very good. Although my booking software shows that there are no toiletries and you need to bring them yourself, in fact, the hotel has toiletries, but there are no toothbrushes, slippers, etc., I think this is acceptable. The hotel staff vacuumed, mopted and changed the garbage bags every day. During this time, my suitcase was completely open, but nothing was lost. The hotel is very close to all the scenic spots, which is very convenient. I went to 9 scenic spots in one day! It's just that there are not many shopping malls around here. I like this hotel very much. I will continue to book this hotel next time I come to Sydney."

"Hands down the best hotel in Sydney. It's truly a top-tier hotel, comparable to the J Hotel in Shanghai or the Park Hyatt in Kuala Lumpur, as it occupies Sydney's tallest building. The room amenities are fully automated; you just need to tap the tablet for anything you need. Plus, all rooms come with smart toilets, which is a rare find in Sydney hotels. The concierge service is also excellent. The only downside is that the breakfast is truly awful."

"Great location 4 mins walk from the train station. Supermarkets are 3 to 5 mins walk. Restaurants and bars and cafés down the street. Plenty of options. T4 line, 1 stop from Martin Place CBD, 2 stops from Bondi Junction Westfield and buses to the beaches. Well equiped and very clean room with super comfy beds, Some rooms have limited view but it's all mentioned at booking. No lift but the receptionist was very kind and helped me with my suitcase. Wooden floor so you'll hear people upstairs. Staff is very nice and helpful. if needed hotel has a shuttle service for the airport from $23 to $28/pers Good value for money. "

"The accommodation's location was great, close to the main tourist attractions, making it easy to get around on foot. It was slightly off the main drag, so it was quiet, and the neighborhood was pleasant. The children's playground right next door was a bonus, and there were many cafes with good ambiance and delicious food nearby. The place itself was clean, the beds were spacious, and I particularly loved the kitchen area. It was convenient to use and well-equipped with kitchenware and even a dishwasher. They provided extra towels upon request, and overall, I felt the property was well-maintained. However, I did find a cockroach. It wasn't dirty, but it seems they can appear even with wooden floors covered by carpet. If it weren't for this one issue, I would give this place five stars."

"Located in walking distance to Kings Cross train station with fantastic Elizabeth Bay views from the 5th floor of my room and fast Wi-Fi. However, staff training is clearly needed. Joseph at the front desk, who was unhelpful and dismissive when I needed assistance getting online to activate a local SIM card. Huge thanks to Swayer, who kindly helped me get connected to the guest Wi-Fi and solving the issue! What made it even more impressive is that Swayer wasn't even working at the front desk, yet still took the time to help! He was going above and beyond, but management really needs to retrain Joseph."

"I forgot to take pictures, but honestly, the room was decent and quite clean! The location was convenient for getting around! However, there was only one small, sealed window in the room, not the two shown in the pictures. The hostel hallway had poor ventilation and a strange smell. My room was on the first floor, but to get to it from the front desk, I had to make three turns in the hallway and go down three sets of stairs, each with about three or four steps. This made carrying luggage very inconvenient! The kitchen was on the second basement level and its hygiene was just average. Compared to other youth hostels we've stayed in, the value for money wasn't great. We only stayed for 2 days before moving to another hostel!"

"Chance upon this apartment near the University of Sydney. The nearest station is Redfern , about 5-10 mins walk .My family really loved the vibes and cleanliness of the hotel. The stay was comfortable and the environment felt cozy and well-maintained. One area for improvement would be the check-in experience — the counter reception did not really explain the amenities or provide much information during check-in. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests. Overall, still had a pleasant stay."

"Sydney's city center isn't that big, so this hotel, being about a kilometer from Chinatown, felt a bit out of the way. However, it's very close to Hyde Park, and the surrounding area is residential with fewer restaurants and not many people on the streets at night. Actually, it's only about 500 meters from the core area. The hotel itself is quite new. We booked an apartment, which had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a very large balcony. It even had two washing machines, which was great for my husband who can't go without a cigarette. Unlike the Regis Hotel, which doesn't provide bottled water, the Aichy Hotel offers drinking water and a kettle, making it very suitable for Chinese guests."
