The Simon Hotel Sydney
"The room is very spacious and comfortable, the risk outside the window is too good, there is a sea and a sea fight, the facilities are good, the bed is comfortable, the staff is very warm and thoughtful, especially a male receptionist at the front desk, forgot to ask the name, very good, warm and thoughtful, too satisfied, very satisfied 👍, stay here next time!"
Holiday Inn SYDNEY - WATERFRONT by IHG
"Great place needs some updated but there doing that it was fantastic and the food was excellent"
Harbourview Inn, SureStay Collection by Best Western
"Don't book this hotel anymore. We arrived in the afternoon and there were no cars in the parking lot. No one was in the hotel. The windows were completely sealed. The room was right next to the road, very noisy, musty, and run-down. We didn't stay and the hotel refused to refund us. The front desk clerk (see pictures to see where she came from) was very arrogant. She sat down and spoke to us while we were standing. See pictures for details."
Royal Hotel Sydney
"Proprietor shouted loudly and rudely into my face on the front steps of the lodging, absolutely unwarranted and uncalled for. The 4-digit code for entry / exit to booked room, as DOCUMENTED, applies to the front door as well. I had used it successively to both lock the door when exiting, and open the door upon returning. Then: it would not work. For that, I was shouted at, when all I was trying to do was respect safety and security of the building. A TINY and easy-to-miss 'note' in the lobby points out that the door can be locked by simply touching the keypad. Unless this is pointed out, most guests are going to miss it. And the 4-digit code had worked previously, regardless. Shout loudly and rudely and intolerantly into the faces of well-intentioned guests, expect a review such as this one. There appears to be a pattern for this same conduct at this hotel."
Hampton Inn by Hilton Sydney
"Great 👍 team"
Travelodge by Wyndham Sydney
"This hotel needs to be renovated. Excellent staff though. Breakfast area gets crowded on weekends. You may have to wait for a table. You need to give a 250$ deposit upon check in (pre-authorization). Never saw that anywhere else. At least, you’re not billed so for those paying with a foreign credit card, you don’t lose money with the exchange rate of the refund."
