"I must be honest here all the staff I met were excellent. From the guards to room service . They were very pleasant and friendly and I felt safe around them. The location was one of the main reasons for staying as both my parents graves are at Shahjalal mazar. The hotel was ok but could do with a refurb , the food quality in the Antalya restaurant needs much improvement especially due to the price they charge. Maybe consider making the menu smaller and improve the quality. The breakfast was very repetitive as I was there for 20 days. I think the swimming area lets in too many non residents which affected the enjoyment and restricted me from using it only a couple of times due to overcrowding. To be honest I would only stay there again if I heard there was a refurb . Will be back in November but not sure where I will stay. But I do miss the friendliness of the staff."

"Huge big rooms, very comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Must mention Lubna who was professional and helpful. The hotel looks slightly jaded. Also the entrance is horrible. The Hotel has its reception on the 5th floor which you access through an old rickety wobbly lift. The roof top swimming pool is a big disappointment. Despite being a small tub sized pool, they close it for the flimsiest of reasons. The breakfast too does not inspire and could do with a makeover. Nevertheless for Sylhet city, I would recommend this hotel as the GO-TO hotel!"

Every staff member we encountered went above & beyond with professional, thoughtful service. The restaurant provided delicious breakfast/dinner buffet daily & lunch service at the hospital, the conference room provide an place for us to meet daily for debriefs and a beautiful rooftop garden for our farewell dinner. The hotel stayed busy with other guests throughout our stay but they appropriately planned for our stay with no negative impact on their service or our needs. Accommodations we appreciated: bell hop service, laundry service, daily room cleaning, in room bottled water & tea, barista service in lobby (excellent), and guest liaison services. "I stayed at this hotel with my football team for 1 week in feb 2023. Staff are really nice and helpful, breakfast has a good variety and there is a pool and gym upstairs. I would give it 5 stars but I’m reducing it to 3- simply because the internet in awful. In fact, there is no internet. They keep asking you to try connecting when in fact, they know the truth , the internet doesn’t work. So if you’re trying to connect with friends and family back home, you’re gonna find it very difficult. Location is great, next to the Dorgah and very central. You’ll need to take a CNG most places. Overall, hotel is value for money. If you don’t need the internet. You’ll love it here. "
