"We had a really good stay here as a family of four. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with plenty of space for us all to relax. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, and everything felt great quality for the price we paid. The location just outside of York was ideal—close enough to get into the city easily, but far enough away to be quieter and less hectic. A special mention to Ashley on reception, who was really friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a great option for families looking for somewhere affordable, clean, and convenient. Would definitely stay again. Also a bonus was our hotel window had great views of the fields behind. 👌"

"The surrounding environment is great, and the air quality is excellent. The view is expansive; it's a nice resort hotel, perfect for relaxation. However, the room amenities are somewhat lacking. Our first night's room was a cornflower-themed one, and the shower water was too cold to shower properly. The hotel windows are drafty and not very warm. The carpet is rather old."
