The hotel is luxurious and has a luxurious decoration. The staff are warm and enthusiastic. You can see that they smile sincerely from the bottom of their hearts. On the day of check-in, it was my birthday and the staff prepared a cake for me, which was quite loving.

Lihua's service is good, especially the front office manager Han and Xiao Qiao, their attitude is amazing, I feel the warmth of my own home and will stay here again in the future!

The room is spacious, well-equipped, with complete toiletries, rich and delicious breakfast, and first-class service attitude. Special thanks to the front desk: Song Rui, the restaurant: Wang Chuangping, the concierge: Yang Yingbin, and Chef Sun for their warm hospitality, which made the stay experience more warm! The Jinwei Restaurant on the first floor is delicious and inexpensive, and is also highly recommended! It is suggested that the villas behind the hotel can be developed into apartments or other types of high-end guest rooms.

Facilities: I didn't expect a hotel that opened in 21 years to be so old-fashioned. This was something I never expected before booking. The wooden decoration style of the 90s was filled with the smell of cigarettes, but it can be seen that the hotel is trying to make up for it, with heated clothes drying racks, various disinfectant paper towels, mouthwash, disposable large bath towels, styling water, laundry detergent, humidifiers, air purifiers, multi-hole power strips... Full of details Hygiene: There is dust on the mirror, and it still feels not so clean because it is old Service: This needs to be praised. It can be seen that the hotel is trying its best to remedy the hardware problems with service. It will call to confirm check-in two days in advance to help upgrade the room and arrange airport pick-up. After check-in, it will give fruit, children's toiletries and slippers. Special praise for the children's toiletries with children's cosmetics logo, so all the products can be used with confidence. It is praised in particular. Help add tea, water and drinks, send small gifts, introduce food, lay placemats, and take the initiative to send children's tableware. There are many kinds of food and good taste. The service is in place and smiling. It is really worthy of praise! This makes people particularly recognize and even want to ignore the hardware problems of the room! Lihua Hotel is the best five-star hotel I have stayed in in recent years, no doubt about it! So I sincerely make an objective evaluation: 1. The price-performance ratio is very high, and the price is reasonable compared with other hotels of the same level in the same city. 2. The hotel has been constantly updated, and the hotel lobby is very grand with six elevators. 3. The hotel management team attaches great importance to service quality and creates a living environment for travelers. 4. The customer service department launched the "Enjoy Your Heart" service, which is considerate and provides six kinds of snacks or services every day (Figure 8). 5. The breakfast restaurant has a lot of quality, good taste, and first-class service. I would like to specially praise Brother Wang Chuangping. Seeing that I was holding a child, he took the initiative to serve me and sent the food to my seat. He also patiently introduced various snacks and recommended Lihua Tou Nao.

The room and the corridor are very spacious, the toiletries and supporting facilities in the room are also very complete, the housekeeper is also very considerate, the manager Zhang Yaru is very considerate, if I didn't have breakfast, she would remind me if I need food delivered to the room, all aspects of the hotel, from the guard at the booth to the lobby reception to the front desk are very professional.
