"Somewhat outdated hotel in the central area. Pros: - Great variety of delicious food both for breakfast and dinner - Central location - Friendly, polite staff, offered 5% discount upon check-out because of our complaints - Quiet room Cons: - Ineffective AC, unbearable temperature in the room, had to keep the windows open at all times - Staff was incompetent, could not fix the AC however we reported it two times - Uncomfortable design of bathroom, had only a few useful space in an otherwise huge bathroom - Unannounced events in the hotel area during our visit, e.g. a wedding and a brunch for people who didn't stay at the hotel All in all, it was an uncomfortable experience, would not return."
