"I like it and have been there several times. The staff are very welcoming from the moment you park your car, and they are always happy to serve you. The rooms are also well-cleaned, so you can feel at ease. The hot springs are nice, and the food is delicious. They have a half-buffet with a boat-shaped platter and appetizers at your table, so you can fill up on the buffet. You can have midnight noodles late at night, and you can drink as much as you want from the drinks in the room's fridge, which is a nice service. There is also an all-you-can-drink welcome drink in the lobby. There is beer in the evening, and the sunset from the room is amazing. My husband said the smoking area is spacious, clean, and great."

"I was very satisfied with everything from the service, the room, the food, the bath, etc. The lounge service included free coffee, draft beer, whiskey, small cakes, inari sushi after dinner (lol), and scones in the morning. It may sound selfish, but I ended up eating a lot of things other than the food... The first drink of dinner was also free. Also, I left something (an electric shaver) on the sink, so when I got home and called immediately, they called back and said they would send it by courier, cash on delivery.
