"It was an ideal place for us. It had the best location in town with everything within walking distance. The hosts were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and everywhere was spotless. The furnishings were ample (decent solid dining table). One thing that really did stand out was the ample interior lighting and power sockets (some accommodation places we've stayed at in the past have only had inadequate directional lighting). We liked that there was no traffic noise and the heating system worked well (We were there approaching mid winter). So top marks for Albert Park Motor Lodge."

"Great location, handy to Lake Karapiro where we were going. Our unit was spacious and comfortable. Nice to have a plentiful suppy of tea, coffee and biscuits. Very comfortable beds! Nice and quiet at night. Our lovely hosts even washed and dried our sports shirts so they were clean for us the next day. Very grateful thank you."
