"I booked through Trip.com months in advance and paid in full. Upon arrival, the receptionist said my booking wasn't in their system. They asked for the booking date and platform, and I showed them all the booking confirmations, including the transfer slip and booking number. Despite this, they insisted the booking wasn't in the system. It was a terrible experience. Another staff member came to help, and after a while, they said they'd find a room for me. I waited and talked for a very long time. After a while, I finally got the key and went up to see the room. The cleaning staff said the room wasn't ready and I had to wait another 10 minutes. The booking stated check-in was at 2 PM, but I arrived around 2 PM and the room still wasn't ready. I had errands to run outside and needed to put my belongings away, but the room was still unprepared. It was a huge waste of time – standing around arguing about the booking not being in the system downstairs, and then having to wait even longer for the room to be cleaned. Luckily, my friend had booked another room for my mother, so we were able to store our belongings there. Overall, I was very dissatisfied. The staff were also unfriendly. I booked, then they said my booking wasn't in the system, and I had to wait for the room to be cleaned after check-in time. Doesn't giving me the key mean the room is ready? If the room wasn't ready, why didn't you inform me before giving me the key? This is my first time using Trip.com, but I'm very dissatisfied."

"Went with friends and stayed in a room with two beds + 1 extra bed. The air conditioner was cold, the room and the sheets were clean and smelled great (but they didn't come to clean it during the two days they stayed). The amenities were okay, there were towels + hair towels, a set of shampoo, soap, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds. The cafe made delicious food at a reasonable price (I really liked the pandan infused water, it was refreshing). At night, the cafe was closed, but you could still order a Grab. Just walk out of the room to pick it up. Overall, the experience was good. Recommended."
