I can't help but wonder if this hotel has done basic disinfection and cleaning of the bathroom during daily cleaning? With such a sanitary condition, how can people dare to use it with confidence? Look at this room again. As soon as I opened the door, a strong odor came to my face, like a mixture of moldy wood, damp towels and inferior detergents, which was suffocating. I resisted the discomfort and thought that turning on the light might be better. However, when I pressed the switch, the light in the room was dim like dusk in the evening. Looking up, there was only a small light bulb on the roof. And the most disgusting thing is that the room is not filled with small bottles of mineral water, but with large barrels. Whose hotel does not provide water for free? When I returned the deposit, I was deducted 12 yuan for no reason, saying it was for water. However, there were many small bottles of mineral water at the front desk. This is obviously bullying consumers, forcing you to drink the large barrels of water they provided. I was also angry about the service attitude of the front desk manager. This female manager had a very bad attitude and a cold tone. She didn't consider my feelings as a consumer at all. I spent money, but I didn't get the respect and service I deserved. This stay experience made me completely disappointed with this hotel. It's ok that the house prices go up during holidays, but at least they should fix the hygiene. The floor of the house is so dirty, the toilet is disgustingly yellow, the beds are bad, the corridor of the hotel house smells, we called the front desk to ask for a pillow and they didn't give us one. We booked a room with breakfast, and the breakfast coupon they gave us was from the roujiamo restaurant next door. It was a bowl of porridge, two buns and an egg, all of which were cold. 大床房，房間非常不規則，但設計的很巧妙也很實用，緊鄰天水火車站。酒店本身沒有停車場可以停在對面的火車站地下停車場，步行到酒店也不是非常遠，酒店給報銷停車費。唯一美中不足的是酒店的窗簾衹有單層、天水火車站璀璨的燈光和空調的機器聲影響睡眠。
