"This hotel is a very reasonably priced for what it offers. The hotel general areas is clean and well presented. We booked a basic room with what we needed for an overnight stay with air conditioning and it was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great including bacon, eggs a selection of juices, cheeses, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, croissants and tea/coffee. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, and hasslefree stays."

"Recent stay of three nights, one of which we ate in the hotel restaurant. First up, breakfast. Used to be buffet style apparently but now table service, except it should be termed sporadic service. Very poor. Balcony suite booked was just about adequate, as it should be for a touch under a thousand Euros a night. Finally, the restaurant. Is it forbidden for staff to smile once a place has 3 stars? Robotic automatons. Food wise, had to return one dish (not very brill Brill) Just mush. Severe disappointment, they really don’t seem to be as good as they think they are. Dinner the following evening at Le Foch in Reims much more enjoyable. And they smile…"

"NOT RECOMMENDED. I had booked from the Netherlands, in a rush, but I already found it strange that there were no comments on their official website! I relied on the photos on the site and I made a big mistake! My daughter went online and warned me that according to the comments on Google... there were supposed to be bedbugs at their place. As my daughter suffers from a fairly pronounced dermatological allergy and I didn't want to take any risks, I immediately tried to cancel my two-day reservation in vain! So we tried to go there anyway and try to find a solution. At 1:45 p.m. we arrived: At reception they wouldn't listen! I confronted them with the comments on the internet. The lady said that the bedbugs were indeed there but last month!.....While we had read in the comments that it was a week! In short, the place is inhospitable and seems abandoned. Apparently, it's rented out to refugees. This may be plausible, as we spent a long time waiting for the receptionist; for two solid hours, we didn't see anyone show up at the desk. We finally left the place and went elsewhere."
