"Everything was great. I have something to be especially thankful for the hotel. I left my passport in the hotel closet and realized it when I was taking the Bernina Express. I contacted the hotel and they checked and immediately sent me to St. Moritz Station. And without any compensation. I was really grateful. The hotel was not fancy, but it was clean, had a bathtub, and everything was conveniently organized. However, it was not easy to find, so I took a taxi, and the taxi fare was too expensive."

"Great stay at Hotel Bernina! The location was incredibly convenient, especially for an early train the next morning since the station is just right across. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, a very practical and pleasant choice for anyone traveling by train. I would happily stay here again. P.S the kettle in the room didn't work; the staff went up and brought me hot water instead."

"Good; large room, bigger than expected (booked for 2 people and got 4), very clean and tidy, and a great location. Really close to the station. Could be better: the beds, they're absolutely terrible! We were initially in a room (number 9) where half of the double bed sagged so much that it was impossible to sleep. All beds also have a wooden stick in the middle to support them. Absolutely ridiculous. Eventually, we were moved to room 4, and there the bed was reasonably okay. Furthermore, it's so hot in the rooms and hallways that it's practically unbearable to stay there. When we complained about this, they said "we could lower the temperature with the arrows down." Yes, we understand that too. But all they were doing was blowing hot air, so the best solution turned out to be to turn off the air conditioning/heating and open the windows wide. Furthermore, the "B&B" concept is terribly disappointing. There's no breakfast. Just some coffee and tea and dry biscuits or cakes. Far below par. But if you're just looking for an apartment it's fine."
