Exceptional hotel, with exceptional service. The staff from concierge, to Saryoh club lounge, restaurants and the Spa were amazing. We stayed here for a 15 year anniversary and the staff ensured we celebrated and enjoyed all moments. Shout out to the Tepanyaki chef from Hokkaido who has been with The Capitol Tokyu for over 15 years, from preparing a remarkable and unforgettable meal. The hotel and its staff really make their residents feel extra special. Well done

The staff 々 hospitality was excellent. It is a very small hotel on the one floor, about 4 rooms, and the front desk is always thought to be one operation, but there were many nice people who were not laughing with smiles while meeting 4 people 々. The room is new. There is no problem spending alone for the purpose of sleeping in a small room. Individual air conditioning is good and comfortable. However, the ceiling of the bathroom was low, and when washing the head, it was necessary to sit in the bathtub and shampoo. I think it is not inconvenient for people below 170 cm. There is a supermarket next door. There is Lawson at the 11th exit of reservoir Sanno Station for about 3 minutes walk. There are many Korean restaurants.

Since it is located in the middle of the downtown area of Akasaka, the surroundings are a little miscellaneous at night, and check-in with children is a place where you can feel at ease. The building is in a group of multi-tenant buildings, and the exterior is confusing as a fashion hotel if it is only the appearance. When you enter the building, you will recognize that it is a very ordinary hotel with the smile of the gentle male staff. As the name of the residence suggests, the rooms are well equipped with facilities like residences, so I thought it was suitable for long-term stays. The toilet is also wide 々, and the bathroom has a high-function shower although there is no bathtub. The lighting switches in the room were distributed in various places, so it was a little troublesome when turning off the lights.

It is used for business trips. It's quite a walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station, but you can do some shopping at a convenience store along the way. Depending on the direction of your room, you may have a good view. The room I stayed in was on the side of a group of buildings, so it wasn't very nice, but since I was on a business trip, it wasn't a problem. Check-in at the reception was very smooth and the receptionist was professional. Security is perfect as you enter the elevator with a card key. The room is neither large nor small, but it is enough for one person to sleep. The bathroom was relatively large and comfortable.

Until 3 days ago, the FS on Koh Samui was in a terrible eye. This time, the master's medal (the smallest medal) was the Imperial Palace, and the ceremony was Chinzanso Tokyo. ”I want to go to the Grand Hyatt club because it's okay to be early in the morning 1” Darling pinched Da 々 Now the hotel price in Japan is soaring, so I can't get a hand, so I can't get a hand. Point accommodation 2 20 year for the first time in a year Staying at Grand Hyatt I loved without it. After all it calms down. Mahogany (Kana) Granite. High-quality space that is not gorgeous. Beauty of lighting. I don't feel the age of 20 years old this year. It's great to return to your appearance. The artistic pool is a waste. In the last few years, the plane has not flew in Corona. But my husband, ”Why do you like Grand Hyatt?” I wondered if it was the number one in Tokyo, the number one in Japan, the number one in the world, ”Well, so I don't think I'm satisfied wherever I stay.” (I like Mr. Aman too) The club lounge was overseas without passports because the customer base returned. It's good to be near the station, but the sound of the trains and the voices of people coming out of the pub outside are very noisy.
The walls are thin so you can hear voices from the next room.
The shower room and toilet are clean.
Animity is also available, although I don't know when.
Bath towels and loungewear are also provided.
Recommended for those who just need to sleep alone.
You will receive a phone call 3 minutes before check-out time.
Is there a former karaoke inside the hotel? That's what it feels like.
The front area felt a little unclean.

I used Ueno Station Hostel Original 1 near Ueno Station while traveling to Tokyo, Japan last year. You can experience a Japanese hotel famous for its capsule hotel. There is a station right in front of it, so I recommend it to tourists who have to use public transportation. You can get off the subway late at night and enter the hostel safely. The inside of the hostel is really clean. You can see several employees cleaning up every morning. Discard them all and replace them with new pillows and blankets. I used the bathroom together but it was good to clean it up. I went on a trip in winter and walked around outside all day, so it was cold, but warm water came out of the bathroom, so it was good. There was a convenience store just downstairs, so when I was hungry at night, I could look back on my day of traveling by buying and eating food from the convenience store.

Room is good size compare to other same price hotel in Tokyo. Three minute walk to the outlook tower. 15 minute walk to Shinjuku JR station. Shinjuku NS Building is also three minute walk. We stayed in this hotel for three nights. However the laundry room was locked for all 3 days in the main building, we have to walk to another building (in the heavy rains), otherwise it was a nice hotel , we will definitely come back for this price. Clean and friendly staff as well.

I admit that the environment is very good. The environment of Japanese hotels is basically very good. However, this capsule hotel has too many rules. You need to take off your shoes when entering the store, check out at 10 o'clock after staying for two days, and you need a travel permit to go out at night. In addition, the locker for luggage is very small. Most of the people who stay here are Japanese. If you don't speak the language, it is really inconvenient because there are many rules. They explain and gesture to you every time you go out. It takes too much time for me. If it is your first time to Japan, I suggest you don't stay in this hotel. The Japanese are very friendly and can help me with any difficulties I encounter. This is very good and I can't experience it in China.

Outstanding
GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.
MMing KitRight next to Shinjuku JR Station,Takashimaya. Location is super convenient. The hotel room is right up high in the sky and you can have the best view of Tokyo. Breakfast is also good. And there are some good restaurants on the same building at 3rd/4th floor as well. (Picture are the view from hotel room and lobby)
CChengPerfect location for shopping with major malls located with 10mins walk. The hygiene of the street outside the hotel is below expectation but that’s not what the hotel is responsible for. Type C port next to the bed makes charging convenient. The self laundry service costs 600 yen for 2-hour washing and drying without the need to bring detergent. Another convenient service is the drinking fountain on each floor with the choice of iced, room temperature and hot water.

It’s quite a distance from subway and the room is quite outdated
Not sure why the housekeeping kept all the room slippers and not throwing them. They mixed mine and my friend’s slipper so we have to use new one but then they didn’t throw the old ones and it accumulate to 7-8 pairs by the end of trip and it’s very messy. And they didn’t throw our rubbish when they did the housekeeping. Not sure if it’s the bedding but I got rashes over my body and it’s so itchy till now (I’ve checked out on 27 September)
CCielYukiThe uniqueness of this five-star hotel is that it offers unparalleled comfort and first-class service. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, we can meet your needs here. I was impressed with the modern amenities and thoughtful details in the hotel room. What's more worth mentioning is that the hotel's waiters always maintained smiles and enthusiasm, which made me feel more cordial and warm. If you are looking for a quality five star hotel then this hotel is undoubtedly your best choice.
Ppraty-pp👍 good. And recommended. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Akihabara Station. 🚉 the location is great not just for the connectivity but also shopping - Yodibashi Akiba for all electronics. There’s UniQlo, GU, and a lot of restaurants nearby.
Typical of Japanese hotels, the room sizes are quite small. It’s difficult to open two luggage at the same time. 😢
The room was clean, bathroom good as well. Bathtub 🛁 is good 👍.
HhitoyinGood location and it is convenient to 東銀座站, and it is 10-15 mins walk to GINZA SIX. Good service provided by staff. Although the room is a bit small, I had a good sleep in the bed. TV is only provided with YouTube, which is ok. I would definitely stay here again.
MMurahariOnly 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!
GGuest UserThe hotel uses self-service check-in. This time, we have two adults and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. The room looks very big in the photo, but it would be a bit awkward to put two suitcases in. This time, I was more disappointed when I entered the room. I found that the cleaning was not very clean, there was a lot of hair from the previous tenant, and there was dust on the refrigerator. The towels provided by the hotel have a strong smell of bleach, so it is recommended to bring your own towels.
The location is about 15 minutes from the station. The only good thing is that the eel rice next door is delicious.
