超級漂亮,濃郁的阿拉伯風情。房間又高又大,乾淨衞生,設施非常齊全,備有多種飲料,還有啤酒。服務熱情周到,強烈推薦。

Good: The hotel room was large ,nice smelling with free beer. We enjoyed the pools and the women who checked us in were kind and pleasant The Bad: constant miss communication regarding booking a massage and expectations. Despite emails back and forth there still was no clarity and a clear understanding. We stayed here for the massage and culture experience but it turned into a nightmare and our the only worse place and extremely stressful negative experience we had in Spain Trip as they seem to have become too greedy as the now offer massages in a small room packed with beds and no dividers. When booking the massage the had an old website that showed a two person room. The night time manager told us we would have our full massage time in the two person room which was a lie as the woman stopped in less than 5 minutes and said she was done. We were given our money back but it ruined our whole experience and instead of calmly us it caused us more stress. It didn’t matter that we were hotel guests as they just wanted to fool people in and out and the 5 minute experience was fluff as they only rubbed oil on your body and it wasn’t even a massage. The Ugly: we did not want to leave this review and offered to sort things out with the hotel night manager, however his attitude was that it doesn’t matter and said go ahead because people will always come to this hotel. He seemed arrogant and unapologetic and had no intentions of making any amends for our horrible experience. The morning breakfast was disgusting cased diarrhea which sums up the overall mood.

One night stay. The rooms were excellent, spacious and well designed Nice and cool in the heat of the day. Went to the baths next day, highly recommended. Early morning seemed quieter than the numbers I saw on arrival the previous afternoon.

I visited the arab baths (without staying at the hotel) and it was a fantastic experience! Went for the 1-hr circuit which includes access to the 3 pools. I also had a 25 min relaxing massage which was very beneficial after having spent 3 days walking around in Toledo! I really enjoyed the place, was very impressed by the personal touch of the tray with mint tea and biscuits. The whole area is very clean; changing room and lockers well organized. Thanks for such a lovely experience!

A great and central location for discovering the historic parts of Toledo. Access to Toledo was by high-speed direct train from Madrid (Atocha), which takes about 30-minutes, followed by a leisurely 30-minute walk (mostly uphill!) to the old town. If you've got luggage, I recommend you take a taxi, as dragging your suitcases uphill and across cobbled streets is not much fun. We had booked two nights in the accompanying Riad (hotel), which is situated above the baths. Access to the baths were included with the stay (up to one hour per day) and this was a great extra to the reservation which we took advantage of during our stay. We also paid a supplement for a 25-minute couple's massage (EUR 40) and our hosts were kind enough to book our complementary one-hour bath session immediately after the massage. Whether you pay for access to the peaceful baths or you use the complementary access as part of your Riad stay, 30-minutes into your bath session you are served tea and biscuits, which is a nice touch (and a good way to keep note of the time if you have other things planned). With regards to the Riad stay, the room was very comfortable and calming. We stayed in the deluxe double room (the 'Azahar'). Quite possibly as a result of the building shifting, some of the doors may prove stiff to open and close (notably the door to the balcony and the bathroom in our room), so a little care must be taken as to not damage the door handles and fittings if they don't open/close straight away. The bed was comfortable, though the mattress was a bit tired and on the soft side (and the bed frame appeared braced from the bottom with planks of wood). There is a mini-fridge with some water, beers and fruit juices provided, along with a coffee machine with pods and some teabags. We didn't use the TV or sound speaker, but those are provided if you need them. We paid the supplement for the plentiful breakfast (EUR 10 per person, per day), though you must book well in advance, especially if you are planning to check in late, as the breakfast order needs to be in by a certain time in order to be delivered on the following morning at a specific time slot. The breakfast is cold, but there is quite a lot of it: toast with marmalade or butter, a large selection of fruits in the fruit salad, a large chicken and tomato pastry, a selection of sliced cold meats and cheese, selection of chocolate covered pastries and a large slab of carrot cake, fresh orange juice...! The area is mostly quiet, except for the odd car or motorbike, so we were able to sleep fairly well, especially with with the blackout shutters. Quite a few shops and eateries are available within walking distance (5-10 minutes away), though if you are not used to hill-walking you may find access to/from the Riad a little difficult at first. If you plan to drive to the Riad, there doesn't appear to be parking readily available and there are restrictions in general with regards to car access to Toledo because of th

I was wrong in the number of nights and in choosing this Riad. It is a place to stay one night and complement it with the bathrooms and nothing more like I have been. The hotel does not offer common spaces to be comfortable. It is next to a supermarket. The room is spacious, although the ceilings are very low, the windows are small with bars, and the mattress is simple and uncomfortable. When you leave the room it smelled like varnish or paint. The room also does not have good ventilation. They are sold as a boutique hotel. For me it is not, not even close. The hotel has 3 or 4 rooms. The Arab bath facilities are very good. The staff is very good, attentive and friendly.

We took it together with the Arab baths since it is in the same place. It is the third time we have gone, we have been able to enjoy several rooms and each one has its own particular charm. We will repeat whenever we can since the treatment of the staff is unbeatable and the combination of the baths+massage+hotel make the day of relaxation special. And you can enjoy a little piece of the city of Toledo.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the manager Mario checked us in and dedicated himself to preparing our stay in detail, organizing the food, the tour and the Arab baths that we had in the pack. He explained the history of the building, which dates back to the 12th century, and was super attentive and available. Our room was in the attic/attic, very very cool with a bathtub and a peculiar style with a completely successful decoration. The Arab baths are very cool, they offer you tea and pastries from the convent next door which are very good. Alex was in charge of organizing the bath and massage shifts and has been super kind and friendly. Ana and Bea gave us a 50-minute relaxing massage and a super special horsehair glove treatment that we loved. The girls are also very nice and polite. The food was a hit, we ate at Adolfo, which I recommend one hundred percent to have a complete experience of the gastronomy and the Toledo landscape. Everything has been to our liking. The facilities could definitely be improved but the staff is lovely. We will be back!
