"I had to complain to reception about another guests car alarm continuously going off from 7.15am for over an hour in front of our window. Was not happy! She acted quickly and endeavoured to locate the owner, and as a way of an apology, she organised a free breakfast for us at the Vauxhall Inn . A massive thank you goes out to Marise!"

"Alison made check-in easy & gave clear instructions on the rooms, & car registration details. She was friendly & welcoming. Room 104 was clean & comfortable. The room is located right above reception so we heard a lot of noise from guests coming back from a wedding (which we’d been to). It was a Saturday night, everyone was jolly & happy so not a complaint just an observation. Slept really well, blackout curtains really do their job well."
