環境：環境比較優雅，坐落在景區裏面。
設施：相對比較完善。
服務：服務尚可。早餐有待改進，到餐飲的距離太遠。早餐簡單了一點。

景區裏自然環境不錯，酒店在山林裏，難免有蜘蛛和一些小蟲子，整體還是不錯的。適合帶長者和小孩一起去住個1-2天。

下午五點拿房卡，應該説是強行要房卡，全程無服務，室內設施老舊，温泉不乾淨。
衹有周邊的石柱峯景區還算不錯。

酒店開房，前台服務特別差勁，明明説好的14點入住，結果到了15點，還有一間房間在打掃衞生。我們想把物品存在前台，前台也説不能放。再説説温泉，池子總共開放的最多也就10個，水不是特別好，二樓休息室也沒有開放。下次再也不來了

整個景區環境還不錯，但是温泉池不怎麼樣，酒店位置很方便，房間裏一股子臭味，房間設施也是破破爛爛的，裏面所有服務人員的服務意識很差，要個拖鞋，一直就沒送，我就好奇，其實去之前看評價是不好，想着既然這麼多人評價不好，酒店應該會有所改變，居然還是沒任何改變，真的不推薦

訂北院的房間還是方便一點，離温泉中心很近，走路去的，衹有2~3分鐘，非常方便，房間還是舊了一點，牆上有脱落的地方，但是這個環境很好，在山裡的感受，鳥語花香的。

酒店工作人員服務很差，問題受理到一半到了下班點了，直接下班走人，要我們有什麼問題去北院解決，且酒店有個別保安素質也非常差。酒店衞生差，設施陳舊。開完房需要手提行李爬樓梯爬到二樓才能到坐電梯。

非常不開心的行程，除了收費國際化，其他地方就是鄉鎮級別，沒辦法和星級掛鈎。
服務員毫無服務意識可言，冷冰冰的語言和嘴臉，看起來更像是個保安，我們五個人，帶一個七歲的小朋友，吃飯的時候服務員盯着要補早餐錢，温泉的時候盯着要補温泉票，早餐是冷的，沒有加熱設施，一到9:30，服務員急着收餐，而不是清理餐桌衞生。超過9:30的客人真的衹能夠餓肚子。
温泉裏面根本看不到服務員，這麼冷的天氣沒有人推車送浴巾送水，我們都凍感冒了。
攜程預訂住過的酒店可以説是最差的，沒有之一!!
想要度假靜心的朋友們不推薦~~建議考慮宜春的明月山，設施服務相對完善一些
設施：一般，温泉水比較熱，但是沒有熱心的服務，還是容易感冒
服務：完全沒有服務，最多衹能算保安
湯裏温泉雙人票（單次進出）:服務太差了，建議加油哦

下午三點多入住，房間竟然還是一片狼藉，令人十分掃興，畢竟選的一家比較大的酒店。阿姨很不錯，説馬上收拾我們這間，但我們出去遊了一圈四點多回來，馬桶如圖一，我們沖了幾次以為是弄不掉的臟東西，帶兩娃沒精力計較，噁心了一天一夜，結果第二天馬流星拳桶就堵了，通廁所以後發現臟東西掉了。聽説北苑比南苑新一點，然而實際如圖三。一般稍微好一點的酒店都有一個免費的浴缸套，結果前台告知20元一個，令人相當懷疑酒店檔次，顯得相當小家子氣。網上圖片窗户外景如圖四，實際如圖五，我們還是三樓。試問這樣的入住體驗如何能有好心情？！
