"We really enjoy our stay. The room as are big and clean. The service was quick and gentle and Vitor and Bruna were all the time helping us with our need and checking if everything was good. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from “Quadrado” area. We are planing to visit them again soon."

"Was a brilliant experience. We were in room 10 with our own private infinity pool so who could complain! Service was always great, with free Brigadeiro and popcorn on command with a great afternoon tea, breakfast until 1PM with an excellent selection, and a great bar at night. Only suggestion would be they should have a “Do not disturb” sign on the door as every time we left, they made our bed when sometimes our room was in a place that we didn’t want them to come in . Was done with good intention though and a candy on the bed each time so can’t fault that either! A free 20 minute massage as well for each of us and some beautiful touches for it being our honeymoon. Obrigado Hotel Bahia Bonita!"

"I'm not used to write reviews because my experience is usually similar to other Tripadvisor reviews but this time it was not the case. I didn't choose this place because of the negative reviews. I was alarmed, but it was a holiday and I had no way to make another guest. The suite was large, clean and beautiful with balcony, red, bath products, and many bathrooms.It is not a place to cook but has a freezer.The property was clean, breakfast was excellent and varied with eggs and tapioca made at the time. I found the staff very careful and sympathetic, the only bitches I found were two ugly and educated dogs, I didn't ask you to clean my suite as soon as I could comment on it, the hostel is 5 minutes walk from the indigenous beach. It doesn't give you a walk to the square, you have to go by car for five minutes, but in Trancoso you don't get to stay in one place and walk to the beach and the square because a side separates both. I decided I prefer to stay on the beach and I didn't regret it, so if I want to stay near the beach, I recommend it to be a property."

"Beautiful boutique hotel, set in stunning garden. Relaxing and tranquil from the moment we arrived. We stayed for 7 nights in one of their standard ground floor apartments - it was quite small, but very clean and great shower. There was no private outdoor seating for our room (we noticed some had chairs), and I would definitely upgrade to a larger room if staying again. Staff very friendly, however, some spoke very little English so Google Translate came in very handy. Amazing breakfast, prepared to order, in wonderful outdoor dining area. Afternoon tea/coffee and homemade cake (which was delicious) is also provided. This small hotel is located in a quiet street, less than 5 minutes from the main square where there are some amazing restaurants. The beach is about a 10 minute walk (or 15 minutes on the way back, as it's uphill!)."

"Beautiful place, with gracious and helpful staff.. The space is peaceful and well located.. I will definitely stay back there on my next visit to Trancoso. The only suggestion would be to look at the hot water which sometimes runs out at night. Overall was an amazing experience! "

"Beautiful property Spacious room, beautifully decorated. Excellent amenities, robes, etc. The pool is beautiful. The staff is friendly and attentive. A hug to evily who showed us the cashew and cocoa fruits typical of there and the music. Food and cocktails were delicious, again, great attention to detail. A truly special getaway! So lucky to have experienced it!"

"An absolutely beautiful pousada with stunning views, super comfortable room and a breakfast out of this world. Patricia and Oriana were a pleasure to get to know and were so kind to us. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The pousada is perfectly situated near the Quadrado but far enough away not to be bothered by it. It can’t be beaten. "

"Everything was exceptional. Even before we arrived the team offered help in getting transport. The pousada is rustic and wonderful set between a variety of trees by the river. It’s a short walk to the beach and the quadrado - a perfect location! Our room was clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. The pool area was always clean and well maintained and enjoyed by our small son. Breakfast was delicious every single day with a range of options prepared by hand. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The owner gave us a lift to the quadrado and gave advice and recommendations for the area which were always excellent. The only negative was only staying 2 nights! I can’t wait to return."
