"Beautiful hotel on a wonderful beach, plenty of water sports as well as padel and tennis. The staff are friendly, attentive and proved excellent service across the board. The food is outstanding- especially the Japanese restaurant Kushi and the Indian restaurant Safran- amazing chef Dev in Safran who has been here for 25 years! Nicole who served us at breakfast and lunch was brilliant- friendly and fun and efficient. An all round fabulous experience and would highly recommend. Clean rooms that are beautifully maintained by lovely room staff. Quiet and tranquil and perfect for a restful holiday or can be action packed as well if desired!"

"Trou d'eau Douce Wonderful hotel, loved it! 1050616349 This is a wonderful hotel, I’m really shocked by the other reviews as we had such a wonderful time. The hotel is very clean, the grounds are beautiful. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, they went out of their way to help us, nothing is too much trouble. We had 2 garden rooms, 114 & 115. Both spacious, cleaned daily. The beach is lovely, no trouble getting sunbeds. If you want to snorkel walk along the beach to the left for about 10 mins, incredible fish to see. Food: I loved the food, good variety, my teenage daughter struggled to find something she liked so they very kindly cooked her French fries a few times, we just asked. The hotel has a lovely family atmosphere, it is quiet, a few evenings there were dancers or singers, but this suited us. There is a gym & free pool table. I’m surprised this is only a 3 star hotel, it’s far better than a lot of 4 star hotels in Europe. It’s really good value for money. I would 100% recommend it. We booked the 5 islands boat trip through the hotel, much cheaper than through online websites and a very lovely day out."
