到皮革城出差，酒店距離集寧收費站很近，交通很方便，周圍加油站既能加油也能充電，酒店對面的kfc餐廳不錯，前台小女女挺有禮貌的，幫忙拿行李，房間的暖氣比較到位，都不用開空調了，客房大姨也挺好的多要了兩個水也送到房間裏，停車方便，一個字棒👍🏻

酒店的服務很好，下雪天經理主動出門迎接，辦理完入住後又送至電梯口。房間很乾凈，設施設備也新，最主要的是退房時還有抽獎活動！真的沒想到啊太貼心了，好評！

每次到烏蘭察布都入住這家酒店，這次來酒店已經開始供暖了。酒店小而精，設施簡單也足夠用，夏天來的時候還看到一衹大金毛，周邊環境也安靜，距離美食街也不遠，經常蹓躂着去吃飯，距離皮草城也不遠。

誰住誰知道 破的簡直了 房間地板，進去差點滑死。。。。滿屋子水 要不是能帶小狗 我是馬上調頭走人的 可憐小狗衹能坐沙發等吹乾 空調像假的一樣 一點沒作用 懂得瑟瑟發抖 衹能出去飯店吃飽回來直接睡 洗澡水也是冷的不行 都生病了 喉嚨疼 嚴重想投訴！！！

地理位置很好，周邊吃飯的地方也不遠，對面有肯德基，有中國石油，中國石化，加油站裏快充特別多，酒店前台服務特別好，保安還給開門，我都有點不好意思了，總之，特別滿意，強烈推薦、

因為能帶狗而預訂的這裏。整體來説住的還挺不錯的，酒店房間的硬件設施基本上該有的都有，窗户的視野也挺不錯的。唯一我覺得需要加強的就是酒店的服務意識，酒店的客房服務人員和住客搶電梯上這點我覺得很不應該，希望酒店方能對此加強員工培訓以為後續的住客提供更好的入住體驗！

服務很好，尤其是門口的一位大叔，我説窗户太小了，不能完全打開，大叔立刻帶了工具，把窗户連接金屬條給拆了，這下窗户就能完全打開了，通風良好了！衞生間水温不穩定，冷熱無常，但是熱水充足。空調有問題，不停地滴水，一開始沒注意，桌子上的包全濕了。距離知名燒烤店起發和起發對面的火鍋不是很遠，步行可以到達。酒店在集寧還算不錯。

房間特別乾淨 也很舒服 就是退房那天停電了一小會正好和朋友被困在電梯裏有十分鐘 前台小姐姐一直安慰我們兩個 還送了我們一人一份早餐吃
